Vicky Pryce has in her career been Director General for Economics at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and Joint Head of the UK Government Economics Service. She has written books including 'Why Women Need Quotas' and 'Prisonomics: Behind Bars in Britain's Failing Prisons' about female prisoners. She also co-founded GoodCorporation, a company set up to promote corporate social responsibility and has served as Master of one of the City of London’s Livery Companies, to name but a few.
