Glutinous, hideous and impersonal. Remember me Mr Shevin? I know you tried your best to move Gary’s outdated pile of rocks. At lest it’s in a better section of that bizarre overbuilt fantasy world. So happy I own my own free hold, four level terraced house with a garden on a heritage street in Notting Hill, walking distance from Portobello Road and great shopping and dining. The weather here is very predictable, unlike that sad strange combination of hot and cold known as the San Fernando Valley. I will never understand why such prestige placed on bloated, unused square footage walking distance to nowhere. Prayers for them severe atmospheric rivers and bless those attempting to travel to their beach homes in Malibu. And good luck to those paying property taxes to a dysfunctional government in perpetuity. Here it’s just a one time stamp tax upon purchase, and very reasonable at that. Also, healthcare is free and there aren’t as many guns here in Britain, half the size of California. Buenos Suerte, Rory. Do you really need that next commission or just the need to sell some more poorly thought out houses to people who believe they are homes? God bless and amen. 🇬🇧
