At the risk of sounding over the top, this really was the missing link for me. I have taken instruction for many years, and this concept was somehow missing. After doing this for only a few days, my swing feels much more natural, and my shots are so much more solid. And as you like to say Eric, I feel like I am getting a lot of "stuff for free". I am not consciously thinking about wrist set, how to start down, or other isolated pieces of the swing; it just feels like it is happening on its own. Hope that makes sense, and thanks so much to you and Jess for sharing this!

Eric: This is one of your best. Love it when you get together with Jess and/or Saguto. Thank you sincerely for getting into the finer points and especially about hitting behind the ball. I work hard on what you teach. Thanks a million!!

So great to see Eric working with Jess. I played Stack & Tilt most of last following Jess’ & Tom Saguto’s videos. So consistent. These few videos with this team (Eric & Jess) are awesome.

Beautiful simple explanation of the BODY actions in the backswing so often overlooked when describing the backswing on plane positioning

The neck tilt is so huge in this swing to be successful. Loved this video.

  • @user-jr4ev2iz9p

Great video! One of my biggest issues is not tilting enough in my backswing. Very underrated move that needs to be done!

I went out and walked nine yesterday trying the stack and tilt method. I striped the ball further and straighter than ever before. I have to now adjust my iron length, I was hitting my irons at least fifteen yards further. Still need work on my short game but I believe this is going to be the year I break into the seventies consistency. Thanks Eric this is why I say you’re the best teacher out there. Snow today I’ll have to sit out a while to confirm yesterday’s nine. Stay save my friend.

Great explanation of tilting! Exactly what I needed to feel for better ball first contact and consistency! Thank you both!!

Great video. It ties in the head, ear, neck, eye, shoulder, hip, and knee together at the same time. The interconnectivity is super important. So many times I try to make a singular isolated adjustment only to find it doesn't work. The reason being one thing can significantly impact other parts of the swing and throw everything off without it being realized. You hit it out of the park!! Thanks

One of the best illustrations I’ve seen to to explain backswing and follow through Well done.

I switched to S&T last year and immediately found great ball striking and distance gained. As a golfer with lower back issues, S&T transfers the stress of the golf swing to the legs instead of the back. If you have back issues, check out this style of swing. Great job Eric and Jess.

Just got back from the range and wow! Can’t believe a simple movement like tilting my head on the follow through just transformed my swing. Thank you guys!

This video is excellent! The timing of you making this video was perfect as my dad and I just noticed he wasn’t tilting enough on the through swing.
