    Your South Island Silvereyes seem to be so much larger than what we have up here in Whangaparaoa (unless my eyes are playing tricks on me!) Our birds are really tiny. Your birds seem to have a russet colour on their undersides whereas ours don't seem to have that. Do you get Fantails? This year is the first time we have had Fantails in 20 years, possibly because the last neighbours with the two cats have moved! Great video as always. Sue

      Thats interesting Sue. Size mebbe due to the close cam proximity but the strong russet colour difference we can't explain. A colder weather thing? Like melanin. Yep the Fantails (Piwaiwaka) come & go but never stay to sip. Yayyy to them cats gone.😎
