Went to Kaiseki Yuzu for dinner a couple days ago, and it was incredible!!! The food is always so memorable. When you eat there it just sticks with you, and you still think about it months later!!!
If you’re doing a series on Japanese restaurants in Vegas, I hope you don’t mind me suggesting Trattoria Nakamura-ya. Really outstanding Italian/Japanese fusion. Looking forward to seeing more of this series.
