Beautiful, breathe taking.
It really is!
Thanks Simon and Wills for taking winter holidays as well as summer ones. Even people who do not ski can appreciate that it is good to get out into nature in the winter.
We love getting out in the nature and mountains. Norway ticks so many of those. Indeed you don't need to be a skier at all to enjoy this.
Absolutely stunning in every direction! How adventurous and wonderful to stay in the cabin in the heart of winter!
Oh the cabin was wonderful, such a good trip.
A beautiful film in a beautiful country.
Very nice to see from an easy chair.
You have a talent for filming, that is clear with all films.
Thanks also for the comment.
Thank you as always Hein.
Love your videos so much. Beautiful footage and interesting and informative narration. ❤
Thank you so much 😀
Oh that was so awesome. Those views are stunning. Really enjoying Norway. Looking forward to next episode. Thanks for taking me along. Please take care

Glad you enjoyed it!
What gorgeous natural beauty!
It really is Marsha
Hello, fabulous Simon and Will! For en vakker utflukt! That says "What a beautiful excursion" in Norwegian. I sat in awe, with my mouth open, the entire video because everything was so beautiful, so breathtaking. It's was so nice to tour a place where you see everything; and in this case, that was due to the superb videography that is commonplace in your videos. Thank you for this wonderful visit to Fjords of Norway! I really enjoyed myself! You guys are awesome! Til the next time.....
Thanks so much Kenneth, really pleased you enjoyed our filming. Its hard not to take wonderful shots as all you need to do is pick up the camera. I don't think I have ever come back from a trip with so much footage and so manty photographs.
Just a quick comment to say thanks for all of your videos, the beautiful places you capture and the absorbing commentary that accompanies these videos. You truly capture the beauty and wonder of the world. Mum and I always enjoy watching your videos-hi from Australia.
Hello there, thank you so much for the lovely comment. Great to hear you both enjoy watching together! Best regards, from Simon & Will

Grazie mille per la visione.
Hello Simon and Will 🖐. I recently discovered your channel and do enjoy it. Your videos are well presented. Still need to catch up on older vlogs. I've been twice to Norway. The first time over 23 years ago and again last summer. I was about to go 2 years earlier, but due to Covid it got cancelled. Last year I went from Oslo and Bergen to Lofoten and north cape and some fjords ect.. Norway is breathtakingly beautiful, otherworldly. And now seeing it in winter, it's equally beautiful. Looking forward to the next video. Thank you for sharing🙏. Greetings from Germany
Hello Anita, thank you so much for supporting us. Great to hear you have been enjoying the videos and have just found us. Hopefully you will like some of our older productions 😊 now we have been in winter a summer trip needs to be made, not quite sure which area yet but starting to think about it. It was an amazing trip and we hope our videos encourage people to not miss out on such a beautiful country.
What a stunning place, crisp and clean, the clear water just magic. Thanks and looking forward to the rest of this journey.=-)
Yes it was all of those, just stunning. Glad you liked it.
Thank you guys for another fantastic tour...fabulous video footage
And interesting commentary 👏👏👏👌
Hello 😊 thanks so much Di glad you have enjoyed an alternative to our U.K. videos 😊
That waterfall is spectacular
So beautiful it almost made my eyes ache!
Thank you so much 😀
Absolutely beautiful place, the water fall is breathtaking , thankyou
Yes indeed the waterfalls are incredible, I am sure spectacular when the spring melt comes.
Such a wonderful journey & glad u shared it... must appreciate for perfect photography skills & visuals.. hope u guys enjoyed a lot as i enjoyed watching, Norway sounds bit expensive nevertheless the beauty is worth visiting.. amazing video as always 👏👌
Yes Norway can be expensive but not for everything, You just need to plan and adjust accordingly and you find a happy medium. Like cooking for yourselves and sharing the trip if you can. They all help.
@@MemorySeekers thank u for the information
Wow, absolutely stunning! Magnificent scenery, the clearest water I've ever seen, and peace and tranquility. So glad you got to go there, and thanks for bringing us along.
Hi Faith, yes after 3 years it was great to finally make it happen. I agree the water so clear and still. Amazing.
Thanks Sir…..
Thanks for watching.
Hello oh you brought back the memories many years ago I was in Voss its truly a beautiful part of the world winter of summer , my first trip to Norway was a school trip made friends and went back a few times loved it it is nice to have somewhere to stay as the hotels are very expensive , the family I stayed with always ask us to bring scotch as whisky so expensive . Great video thank you.
Great to read about your experiences and the memories 😊
Well, we think you've excelled yourselves with this one Simon & Will - totally amazing - so blessed with the weather. My hubby was so impressed with your film-making & editing skills - and we both appreciated the restrained use of artificial enhancements (musack!!) What a stunning destination - for Brits - why go all the way to NZ when you could visit Norway? I wouldn't want to leave! Cheers from Tasmania.
Oh we would still love to come to NZ and see the country, but Norway is so close for us and having never been before it was a eye opener to what is on our doorstep so to speak.
@@MemorySeekers Exactly! I always wanted to visit NZ when I was in UK, but never considered Norway - now having seen your video, I think I would have gone if I'd realised it was totally amazing & with so much character. I'm only 3-hrs from NZ now, but doubt I'll ever get there!! As the world turns... Happy travels.
Wonderful, we wrote down a couple of the places to try to visit. Your video shows Norway from a completely different perspective to all the others I have seen so far. I’m thrilled you got sunny weather after waiting so long to go. I’m looking forward to seeing the train and more.
We were so lucky with the weather. Made up for the last 8 weeks of rain over in the UK, making it hard to get out and visit places on the weekend as the light and drizzle has been horrible.
Hermoso video !! 👏👏 Gracias por todos los datos !! 😊 Saludos para ustedes !! 😌😘
Gracias por ver.
This could not be better timing! I‘m just converting my van to make this trip! It’s one of those days, so I am soooo much looking forward to watching this with a cuppa to keep me going! But first I have to get this wall in….!
Planning a campervan trip, how cool. Is that for this summer?
Fabulous!
Thank you 😊
Haya. WOW & WOW. The scenery is spectacular 😍the mountains reflecting on the crystal waters is just breath taking 😍Will putting the tip of his finger in the icy cold water & you Simon asking if it was cold 🤣It is good the the car hire has a toll tracker built in, however getting the bill at the end & not knowing when or where the tolls were might make for a shock when settling the bill ☺Yay for the Aurora borealis 😀Thanku so much for sharing.
Yes I don’t know why the pricing is not listed but the reality is you can’t get far in Norway by road without paying the tolls. For the amount of travelling we did that week I think it was pretty reasonable.
Hey guys! You never disappoint me. A beautiful place indeed. Thank you for taking us along🙂
😊
fantastic video...thank you
Glad you liked it!
I've said it before and I'll say it again...your standard of photography, editing and story telling is professional documentary standard that you see on the MSM..just brilliant, thank you!!.♥️🇬🇧
So kind thank you 😊
Simon and Will, thank you so much for sharing these magnificent views❤️❤️👏👏👏👏👏
Thanks Carol, was lovely to be able to sharing with everyone.
Thank you. Hope you enjoyed the $10.00 beer.😂
We had one! and bought just one 6 pack in the supermarket which was more cost effective. Alcohol is v expensive and best avoided there. 😂
Hello ~ Hello! You guys never disappoint...I love that you started your video flying into Norway 🇳🇴 I love to fly & it felt like I was along for the ride! Scenery is awesome, along with your accommodations. Enjoy your trip and I can't wait to see the rest of your Norwegian adventure! All the best to you Simon & Will, Mom & Dad too! ❤🙋🏻♀️
Thank you Gayle, the landing was amazing getting that ariel view really shows you the how unusual the terrain is. I very memorable trip.
Looks great! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for sharing your visit to Norway, Hardanger. The scenary is breathtaking. I am stitching a Hardanger Sampler did you see any of this gorgeous stitching oan your holiday?
The only place we really popped inside shops was in Bergen as we wanted to spend our time out in the nature. They did have some nice handmade jumpers, socks and hats in nordic styles. I think I filmed a bit which I'll show when we get to Bergen on our afternoon walk coming up in a few weeks.
Stunning scenery I love the still waters. It all seems so serene and peaceful. Love your videos .
Yes the still waters and the near silence at many locations was quite wonderful.
Well as always you havent disappointed us! What wonderful scenery, all those waterfalls and the water so clear. Do you find it tricky to be driving on the "wrong" side of the road when you travel to other countries? As a train buff Im looking forward to next weeks episode. Cheers Cheryl 🙂
Its actually very easy, the only thing to remember is roundabouts 😂 Maybe because we have done it so often now, it is almost second nature. The Flam railway was incredible, but in our last episode we do another across Norway and I am finding it hard to decide which was more scenic! Both had the WOW factor.
Outstanding!Your videos are just incredible!Thank you for inspiring us to love life and see the world with joy!You bring so much happiness to people.Simon and Will thanks so much for sharing and changing peoples lives for the better !
God bless .. your fan from America ☺️
Thank you so much for your lovely words. So please you enjoy the videos.
Wonderful! Thank you especially for including warm weather footage of the glorious double waterfall! I didn't realize Norway had a famous cider region! I loved finding hard cider on tap at Pubs when we visited the UK. I will certainly be sending this on to friends and family. Stunning photography as always. :)
You know we didn't know that either, it was interesting to find out how the fjord helps the growth of the fruit.
Hi Simon and Will. So glad you finally got to experience Norway. It’s a shame about the double fees but I’m sure the sunshine made up for it. It’s great to be able to share the fees, but having this trip with Will’s parents is a beautiful memory you’ll have for a lifetime. Norway does not disappoint. It’s nature is a true gift. It would be something to see in the summer months too. Thanks for another great tour. Stay well. ❤
It was a very special trip, we w were spoilt with how quiet it was out of season. Whilst summer is appealing I know it gets very busy, still having seen some of the tourist hotspots on this trip we would just have to find somewhere off the beaten track there must be plenty!
Hi Simon and Will, absolutely beautiful, the waterfall, was just as beautiful in the winter as it is in the summer. The Fjords are stunning. Thanks for sharing, looking forward to the second part.
Thank you for the lovely comment. So pleased you liked it.
Wow that was wonderful. What made you decide to visit in Feb ? Looks like you got very lucky with the weather. I guess it would be far more expensive in summer ? Thanks Mike and Teresa.
Hi there, we like winter trips and it was the best time the 4 of us could get together, we knew it would also be quieter and low season is slightly less expensive. Would still like to see it in summer as well. Do some of the hikes and see the lakes not snowed over and just white.
Slow down on those icy roads!!!
This has definitely got me pining for the fjords... (Sorry, couldn't help myself) But another amazing vid. Thank you!
LOL glad you liked it!
👍🤩🌷🌺
😊
👍⚘🥰
😊
Great video. Very informative. The cabin is nice. What is the cabin name, where is it situated and how can I reserve it? Appreciate your guidance. Thx
Any BnB you recommend in Voss or Bergen
What town was the “lunch spot” in?
It was inbetween towns here maps.app.goo.gl/pqvhyEeAS1yAZB6VA
My number one bucket list trip is Norway one day. I watch videos and see where people visit. I may ask you again where you were in your videos!
A hire car with the words ‘Avis’ on the side is pretty poor. It targets you as a tourist that may have valuable items in the car. Many years ago rental companies were removing things like that that identified hire cars for that very reason.
