I am loving these videos. I just binged watched and I have a ton of work to do before I can even begin doing the fun stuff. Hell, I haven't even reached the "what did I do phase yet" LOL. Best training and info channel I have found to date and there are a ton out there.

It’s really nice and comforting to see shaping work done with anything but an overeager Border Collie :D So many trainer vids are with BC and it can get frustrating when you are working with a different breed. And I say this as someone with an Aussie lol
I’m 12 and about to turn 13 I’ve always loved dogs but for many reasons haven’t been able to get one we’re about to move and I was gonna be able to have one originally I was gonna go to a breeder but decided I’d rather get one from the shelter I got one named porter and he is now and forever will be my Bestfriend
Good videos thank you. I wish you could train my dog for me 😅. My dog is extremely food motivated but yet whenever I try to lead him around with a treat he just sits there and looks at me like I'm crazy. Lol We have lots of work to do.
Can you show us the steps to teaching the bystander dog not to engage, when you are working with one at a time? I am settled in (it's been about two years since adoption) with two rescues and am having difficulty training one at a time, they both want the attention. I haven't found a quiet place to train outside, yet.
A person may want to use the two fingers only technique for "touch" if they have been training "stay"with a flat hand signal, otherwise it can get confusing.
There may not be many of us (yet), but do know we appreciate and enjoy your content.
It's awesome that you're patient, taking days to train instead of being eager and force your dog to get it in one day.

Is that dog a purebred dog
when the Lab gets on the mat all the way and sits... not a word of praise or physical reward to let her know she did it all correct... why not?
