a tip if you don’t like getting your hands covered in oil or washing more dishes: put the potatoes in a giant ziplock then add the oil and spices and shake, comes out evenly coated everytime 🙌🏼

I make a version of the second recipe, except I top with feta cheese instead of cream cheese. This looks like a nice alternative. Thanks for your recipes.- a mom of six

When you add the garlic in and cook it you lose the vitamins from the garlic you should always add the garlic after the mill is cooked as a topping. I've just learned this myself so I thought I would share it with you as well enjoy very much watching you cook so I knew that you would probably like to know this. Looks amazing. The chicken looks great! Did you try the feta, tomato pasta bake that’s been going around? It was delicious my husband, who doesn’t eat tomatoes, and my three year old loved it! Would love to see a follow up on what the kids think about the different recipes see you try. Do the younger ones like anything spicy? My three-year-old doesn’t like anything with spices or spicy.
So I love that you and your husband can just jump in and finish the meal for the other. So sweet and great teamwork.
