A strong sense I got from Fran's words (I can possibly be wrong though) is that "The Rule of One" in Marketing - ONE idea, ONE person, ONE emotion - stands true for sponsorship activation on Social Media too. Another motorsports business educator (Nirupam Singh) whose content I follow, has constantly stressed on "ONE person, ONE problem, ONE solution" mantra for motorsport (& general sports) sponsorship seekers. If my analysis of this video is correct, then I must say it is a very powerful insight! To connect authentically, aligned to Social Media algorithm while not turning our social handles into blatant ad channels, demands extreme focus on the audience.
