The 18 at millfield is better quality and great for newer golfers, I started a few months ago & for £8 a round the value for money is 👌 Millfield is the main reason I've been able to get so much practice & it's a shame its being trashed for offering something that's an ideal entry point into the sport...
Lads great video, Do 2 18 hole matches one on a 5 star course one on a 1 star rating course, best score across the 36 holes wins, also could reverse what you’ve just done for another video.

Main 18 at millfield is a nice layout. Needs a bit of tlc but much better than the other two courses. Stay and play for £40 as well

You need to remember that some people can’t afford to play top courses and in truth there are some real hidden gems that are more affordable and provide a better all round experience than some top ranked courses. I have played all over the world so trust me, if people get to hit balls and enjoy themselves then fair play, that’s what golf is all about.

I think if your fit and healthy hitting balls on what ever course is a bonus. Also people play at the cheaper course are getting good exercise and it's very good for their well being.

Millfield is terrible.....its 10 minutes from me.....took my 7 yr old who actually said dad this is crap....😅 nellys cafe good greasy spoon down the road was doing a job at thorney opposite it....and my old man is a member at woodhall so this video is all very familiar to me being a lincoln lad

That cheap course looks lovely
I grew up playing at the cheap golf course from the age of 3. Till i was 15 and was the best junior golfer for my age in Lincolnshire. Theyve had some great successful golfers grow up playing there. Great people and club. Its gone down hill the condition the last 10 years but is worth what you pay. Theres 2 18s and a 9 hole. The main 18 is 10£ i believe and worth it. Great interesting holes

Love the channel and enjoy the videos. I did find the criticism of the pitch and put harsh. I discovered golf playing a similar course. Courses like the £3 one are accessible to all which most courses are not. Players have to start somewhere. I also understand a lot of the video is for entertainment value

I’ve played Millfield in Laughterton a few times, that’s where I started out, you played the par 3 course which when I started 10 years or so ago was £2 all day, there’s 2 other courses there both 18 holes, one is about £5 all day and one is about £8 all day, the most expensive course is actually decent value for money if your starting out, it was great for me and my mates who’d only play a couple times a year and we’re students

This was a great video but was hard to watch, only because I've been on and off trying to play golf regular over last 10 years. That shoddy course is literally where I've been going for several years... 😭 haven't been there for last 5 rounds though. Well and truly moved on. Though I will say, for £3 it's had its purpose.
