Well done lads. That takes a lot of physical as well as mental strength. Happy to see that you helped each other to the finish line. Reev your fitness content inspired me to start working on myself once again. Just wanna thank you for that. Hoping to run a half marathon this year and transform my skinny fat body. I'm about a month and half into my journey and it has improved my mental health a lot as well as improved my physical strength. Loving your new content, keep it up fam.
The amount of upper body strength and grip required for the different forms of monkey bars got me shook ngl. Fair play to everyone, especially Harry who doesn't even train like that 😂
I completed the Spartan trifecta a few years ago (this plus the 5km and 14km courses the day before) It is so much more than a physical challenge, it's the mental side as well. Doing it with other people is the only way to finish. It was the hardest challenge I've ever completed, hats of to you guys for doing this!

can proudly say my dad did the trifecta in 1 weekend. this is when u do all 3 types of races (21k,5k and i think 10k) in the space of one year. because he is a psycopath he considered doing it in 1 weeekend to be a birthday present for his 49th birthday in april so he was doing all of these for 2 days over his birthday weekened. me and my brother also completed the 5k and we are so proud of him.

would love another vid like this, maybe even with a prequel vid of the whole preparation (what type of training would be best, and training specific obstacles like climbing the rope?) would be fun to watch :)

Better piece of information for all bracken isn't deceptively dangerous but actually medically useful as it has a thick horizontal root that is alkaline meaning if you rub it on bug stings the pain disappears in seconds
