Fun fact, for a while, Toyota had their own badge swapped version of the Chevrolet Cavalier around the 1990s as well, and, yes, it was called the Toyota Cavalier.
In Australia their camrys became a Holden Apollo and there hatch back ones became a Holden Nova and Holdens VN and VP became Toyota Lexons and so did the Holden VR and VS I think

Finally, was waiting a long time for you to review LCS cars, most of them are unique only for this game
Also, in my opinion I would say that the Hellenbach looks more like a 1970 Mercury Cougar, the rear lights seem very similar and the only difference would be the front ones

From my observation:
- Hellenbach GT is also influenced by 70s Toyota Celica (small yet muscular proportion, front turn signals) and 60/70s Mercury Cougar (grilled style rear end, front nose between grille)
- Infernus looks as if Ferrari F50 had no vents at all
I've always liked the cars from LCS and VCS they were very unique I kinda wish someone put them in gta 5

I'm always a sucker for the Hellenbach GT (fastest car in the game), the new Manana (that mix of Miata and Cavalier), the redesign of the Kuruma (which also has cues of the Nissan Altima and the Toyota Corona), the Forelli Excess (which is definitely inspired by the Intrepid) and the Sindacco Argento. The Deimos kinda disappointed me because the rear lights look really awful and not so stylish like the 300ZX.
So yeah, not so many cars but they're definitely more stylish cooler than the GTA3 ones.

The Dodge Magnum was first manufactured from 2004, GTA LCS came out in 2005.
Still, it's still an anachronism in the game because it's set in 1998

I love GTA LCS cars because they are the latest generation in terms of chronology and it's like playing a little GTA IV
btw originally the sanchez had a more modern model and the one from the 80s of GTA VC

I love if some of these or their names used on other vehicles if they come to GTA5 Online or GTA6, so who knows tbh
To me the Deimos is a Bugatti EB110, especially at the front. Also, the Infernus' front lights look like they are based on the 90s-early 2000s Jaguar XK (which would go well with the overall XJ220 influence)
The Deimos SP seems to be more based on a Talbot Murena
The Forelli Excess is pretty much the same as the GTA 3/LCS Kuruma being based on a Dodge Intrepid from 1998
The Infernus seems to be more closer on the Vector M12 with bits of Ferrari F50
The front of the V8 Ghost seems to be based on the Aston Martin Virage (V8 Vantage) from 1989
The excess is more likely a lexus cause the names are similar.

Also names mean very little, Kuruma was called Sentinal in the beta of GTA 3, before that became the Sentinel we know today

pretty sure the Manana is a Mazda Miata NB, there is a lot of proof pointing towards it. the front “smile” looks a lot like a Miata along with the general shape.

Should've focused more on cars that weren't featured in the GTA 3 video, since they're the same pretty much the same in both games, with the exception of some newer ones.

The Ford Everest is also related to the Ford Expedition, as well as the first Lincoln Navigator, I think. I do know that it is related to the Ford Ranger, as well as has alternate names of the Ford Endeavour in the Indian subcontinent and the ACMAT/Arquus Trapper VT4 for the French military forces. The Ford Expedition/Lincoln Navigator are a little larger and wider than the Ford Everest/ACMAT/Arquus Trapper VT 4/Ford Endeavour, albeit not by much (199.2 in x 71.1 in x 72.2 in for length, width, and height in the Ford Everest/ACMAT/Arquus Trapper VT4/Ford Endeavour versus 204.6 in x 78.6 in x 76.4 in the Ford Expedition/Lincoln Navigator).

The stinger also resembles a Chrysler concept car from 98 as well, not disagreeing that it looks like a MR2 just adding that info

Why is nobody talking that the sabre is actually a oldsmobile cutlass? And not the stallion? Idk what car will be the real life counterpart with the stallion but its not the cutlass
@pipi pupu, it is one...although the rear is a blend of an Oldsmobile Cutlass/Cutlass Supreme/Cutlass S and a 1963 MG Midget 1500 and the front is clearly the front of a 1968 Acadian Beaumont SD396 Sport Deluxe Coupe, and that also goes for both the LCS Stallion AND the Diablo Sentinel. Moreover, one could also make both vehicles into essentially a Chevrolet Malibu and Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 LS6 type relationship, though done as different sub brands, as LCS and Diablo could be like related companies, as Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Buick, Pontiac, and Acadian all had vehicles that were similar in appearances and parts, as well as were all related sub brands under GM at the time. Also, fun fact, in the late 1970s, and early 1980s, GM had a badge swapped variant of the Chevrolet El Camino that was called the GMC Caballero and it also had an awesome variant that was called the Diablo (which has an even more bad ass hood/bonnet than the Screaming Chicken of the Pontiac Ventura, Pontiac Phoenix, and the Pontiac Firebird/Trans Am, as it was a much more awesome looking devil's head. The Sabre is not in LCS
People will argue that the Argento can't look like the Dodge Magnum because Liberty City Stories take place in 98 and the Magnum was released in 05.
However, San Andreas takes place in the early 90s and there's a sports car called the Bullet and it's based off of the 05 Ford GT
All cars used in this are anachronisms.
The ford GT is actually from the 60's the 05 model is just a "reborn" of the GT40

Coincidentally enough, in one of the Midnight Club games, a Fourth Generation Dodge Magnum is a vehicle that can be purchased and used in that game. I think that it had appeared in Midnight Club III: DUB Edition/Remix.

I see argento as more of an Audi RS6 Avant. But with a mix of RS2.
I've always wondered why they reference a large SUV type vehicle called the Maibatsu Monstrosity in multiple GTA games on the radio and advertisements, etc... but (to my knowledge) we never got an actual driveable vehicle of said SUV.
The joke might be that we never actually get to see it

A Lotus Espirit V8 does exist in gta online but it's the called the ardent and not the V8 Ghost
they're a lot of cars which are renamed or replaced throughout GTA series also you can't compare 3d universe with HD universe
I honestly wish R* would bring back Deimos SP, Phobos, Argento, and the V8 Ghost to GTA V or VI
the ardent from gta online is the closest you can get to the V8 ghost in gta 5 as both ardent and V8 ghost are based on the lotus esprit

Fun Fact, a rival video game series, namely, Driver, had one entry that had mostly real life vehicles that was called Driver: San Francisco. Also, another fun fact, it is very easy to turn the Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser into a sleeper muscle station wagon/estate car/shooting brake, as a lot of the options that are available for the highest end GM muscle cars were also available as options for the Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser, and what could not be ordered for the vehicle could be fitted to it relatively easy, as it was essentially built upon similar parts to the popular GM muscle car offerings. I don't think about the kuruma because in gta 5? Or gta online (idk) the kuruma is a Mitsubishi lancer and kuruma is translated as "car" in Japanese. But i think rock star really did that as a dodge intrepid

I know this it isn't related to LCS. There's a speed bug in gta v online with the Hauler Custom, doing the same with the infernus, but without taking any tire out, first gear accelerate, and brake (not the hand brake, just brake as normal)
I'm not sure but Isn't hauler custum has bulletproof tires from start as with infernus speed glictch we have to pop out it's front wheels for insane speed
