Only few family run businesses can do massive capex since they have sufficient assets and reserves which banks are looking for while lending which I totally understand sir
but for people like me who wants to expand business banks are either not willing to give loans or are demanding massive interest rates upto 15%
I feel this is the next big opportunity for PE investments in startups which banks need to focus but I do understand there are RBI restrictions but I sincerely hope this can be addressed + having someone from a banking background on board would be cherry on the cake

The way the GST is coming up with new regulations day by day, more so lesser trust on the businesses, specially small one from the government, which is reflected in the regulation of GST, the smaller businesses like MSMEs are moving out or at the verge of closing down. It is gladly said that MSME are contributing major chunk of our GDP then is it justifiable such a draconian regulation where a simple solution is made lengthy one and more complecating the things rather than simplifying. Department is more interested in playing notice game for their best interests and government turning blind eye to it and not taking initiative on implementing pendi g GSTR2 and 3 which will oversimplyfy the work of both dealers/businesses and department.
