you are very enthusiastic about human rights, at least I see a positive aura because I myself am often stabbed in the back by everyone, both those closest to me and even strangers, and this has a big impact on my work and future life, so I revise my vision for what I live in the world in my country 🇲🇨and helpless and really don't have the right to create my own happiness at least there is a quote from doctor robert sapolski stay away from jerks to keep stress away 👍 but i have to take my hat off to your efforts congratulations

We need civility and legal tender that organize the infrastructure for best practices. Realms of international rights sanctions and treaties must be lawfully fair. Academic awards press energy forward. Top tiers UN human rights declarations are the ethical rights to voyage through the ages FREE.

Here is the tip for white board management when you are lecturing to whom gathered for new information, the white board is a teaching aid use it effectively. it saves you energy and for time management. And to easily address the whole audience after writing the main idea, also it is a good idea writing very important question at the same time talking, so then audiences who have different attention spans could read, in this case for example " what are the causes or events that leads to form the universal declaration of human right?" this is basic ideas and objectives of the lecture. If I were an audience I am going to stare at your beautiful face, hair, sexy body I could take myself into a different world because you are an amazing woman and when I wake up and turned my face to the white board, I can read the basic question what was written on the board then I can catch up.
