The idea that Papyrus is so far gone that he no longer moves his mouth to speak just like Sans is actually brilliant for this.
Especially since it implies Papyrus can only move his mouth when *eating* something.

Um a little fact can go a long way and I'll fix it for ya too sound more Sans and Papyrus sense canonically Sans can only speak lower case while Papyrus can only speak upper case
