    To make ground meat more tender, especially beef, I usually cut up some mushrooms really small and add them to the mixture. As the heat cooks the food, the mushrooms release their moisture, so it makes the meat juicier as well.

    Great points.
    People are scared of Real carbs and fat and they are totally necessary. No need to waste time on calorie counting just eat Real food! Best way to loose weight and maintain the loss forever!

      I will never understand that. Like it's okay if you choose to be vegan (there's absolutely nothing wrong with that), but don't get butthurt and start attacking people who chooses not to. It's not all vegans, but you do have some who are that way

    I know this is really late but my family and I are from West Africa and we use bulgar wheat as a much healthier alternative compared to rice. It has fewer carbs and calories than quinoa in case you wanted to try it out. :)

      Depends where u live. In colder places veggies and fruits are expensive. Example 5$ for a mango

      It depends on where you live.I know I maybe able to afford foods & things like this but others can’t. Where I live 20 of fruits & veggies is like 2/3 things of fruits or veggies. There’s times where a bag of apples is $10. It depends on the time of year, clearance, sales, type, expire date, amount of fruits/veggies in container, fresh/frozen, ect.

    see what I love about these meal options is that it does not look like a diet, it looks like delicious food that simply cuts out the indulgence. I hate to feel deprived, so even when I lose the weight from an initial diet I always fall off eventually. This looks like something I could commit to.

    Just one thing about the flax seeds: The seeds actually have to be crushed in order for your body to be able to absorb the nutrients, otherwise this is an excellent diet :)

      I bet you could find something to replace. But samee, I always ate them and afterwards I would experience mouth irritation, I thought nothing of it but I finally realized, they ain't for me.

      They have enzymes in them that break down something in your mouth, thats why it sometimes hurt! Try waiting till theyre really ripe and then eat, that helps me.

    digesting/chewing raw kale is a lot easier if you massage it with coconut or olive oil beforehand, unless it's going in a smoothie!

    Sore muscles is only a lactic acid build up, does not determine if or if not you will build muscles. Lactic acid goes away with ample amounts of water. Remember, you can overdrink water.

    I don't have time to eat more than breakfast and dinner. My work and school get in the way and by the time I actually get my lunch my break is over and its back to work. Im finding myself getting used to starving the entire day. Once I'm done with school I'm gonna try to get into a healthy lifestyle and diet. I'll use this video when the time comes thank you.

    My only suggestion is that you blend the flax seeds. I've read that the body can't break down flax seeds and they just go right through you unless blended!

    Hey girl! I know you probably won't respond but 15 and my body is not what it should be at 15 . I'm not fat I'm about 145 pounds and I'm 5'5. But my mom is always bugging me about how I should be skinnier and sometimes when I get on Instagram I get super insecure when I see girls with perfect bodies. I always try to workout and be healthy but I always stop how do you stay focused on being fit and healthy?

      First of all: youre BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Dont worry about those fake pictures on instagram! Youre way more worth than that. And for being healthy, focus more on inner health and less what you look like! Try eat more fruit and vegetables and less dairy and red meat!

      Same. I'm turning 15 and I'm 111 pounds and 5 feet. I just remind myself that I want to be healthy and fit and I go online and look up motivational quotes for fitness it helps me. Write down somewhere reasons why u will stay fit and stuff and tape it somewhere you will see it everyday

      Meat, chicken, brown rice, sweet potatoes, good carbs, along with some butt exercises. Junk food will only make you fat and bloaty, it will make you put on weight the wrong way..hope this helps 😘

    Not sure you're aware, but it's better to grid or buy ground flax over whole flaxseed because the ground form is easier for the body to digest. Whole flaxseed can pass through your intestines and not be digested, which means you won't get all the benefits. Chia seeds you can eat whole. Great video! I love yams!

It's amazing seeing someone who's got a diet that works for them though I wanted to say.. The agenda against sodium is very much like the low fat craze decades ago. It's come to light now that while table salt, which had been stripped of anything valuable, has little nutritional value, mineral salts such as Himalayan and Celtic are packed with essential minerals aiding in pH regulation and digestive stimulation. Just a little something for anyone who enjoys salt. Again, awesome content. Wish you every success xo

    You have helped me significantly by making this video. The tips and particular descriptions you made, about each food/meal is what helped me most, because there is many videos that show you the right foods, but you went further in to detail (what I've been searching for) and said when to eat the food/meal, and added the results it gave you. Thank you very much for the AMAZING advice.

      ribbons1389 it depends on what you want. To gain weight you do need protein and people who work out a lot or like me have a hyper metabolism need go eat way more protein than the average person

      Eating more protein than you actually need can eventually damage your kidneys. Also, the extra protein you're eating isn't beneficial towards muscle growth at all.

      Sophia N it depends on the source of the sugar your brain needs glucose aka sugar to function.

      This is just her meal prep. We don't know what she may find to eat throughout the week. I dont think any meals should be sugary. Most of these foods you make without adding sugar anyway. Fruits carry enough sugar to satisfy most peoples sweet tooth.

    this was sooooo good, thanks for sharing. I will def. follow these tips, though I can't workout before 3 cuz I get out of work at 5. BUT everything else is perfect. I love how you follow and give examples of healthy balanced meals. THANK YOU so much for this.
