It's really nice to see a big CZcams personality vocalize the fact that they don't necessarily want gifts from their viewers or constantly put their P.O. Box in description box and instead say, "No! No! I just want your support and conversation nothing more"#paraphrase
I constantly feel as if big personalities on YT are pushing subliminally oushing their fans (who are usually young) to buy them things by adding P.O. Boxes or addresses to their video description boxes. It's redreshing to see you still be so down to earth even with all your success. Keep at it please!

The reason why people would wait hours for you is because you have such a lovely, positive soul, and it's the happiness you give off in videos (and I'm sure real life, though I haven't met you yet) that attract so many people I think. Plus your kindness can be felt through the screen and rub off on viewers (I know you've impacted my life in the best way), so since I live in Texas and will probably never get a chance to say it to your face, I would like to express my thanks to you Carrie for always ensuring I smile at least once no matter how bad my day has been! :)
I love the fact that you've stayed so down to earth even though you're now pretty much a well-deserved celebrity (Yup, you are, like it or not!) It was my first time at SitC too and I was overwhelmed by it all so i can't imagine how you felt, glad you had a good time though! :)

You don't have to make videos, you don't have to write books or put up a show , but you do it becouse YOU want to. It makes you happy. People who give you presents want to do it. It makes them happy. When you make videos, you give to people who watch them and enjoy them and when they give you presents they feel like they are giving you something in return so it's kind of like an exchange.

Carrie, I met you on the sunday morning between getting off the tube and onto the DLR, and I must say that you were my favourite person to meet this year. When you saw us recognising you, you instantly put your phone away and chatted to us for a really long time just about anything and everything, which was so surreal for me because 1) I have watched your videos for a long time and 2) I have seen you perform in the west end. Suddenly a 'personality' became a person, who was so kind and considerate and caring. I know you said that the person that you put online is the person that you aspire to be, but it is also the person that you *are* - so genuine and sweet. Thank you for taking the time to speak to us, we appreciate it and love you a lot! xxx
Carrie - I went to see you (Carrie, I hope you read this) in Les Mis today... For the second time tee hee. But this time it was the new cast. I thought you were a good singer before but now I think you are phenomenal. You were sooooo good. I though you had the best voice out of the girls by far. I love to sing and am about to take my Grade 5 singing exam and yet agin will be singing all the Les Mis songs for weeks (my favourite is 'On my Own') but I wish I had such a gorgeous, rich and powerful voice as you. You are just amazing! I have always loved singing and haven't stopped since I was about 2. You have really inspired me and now I want to sing even more!

It's wonderful that your fans want to show how much they care by bringing a gift when they get to meet you! Maybe you could encourage those that want to bring you something, to donate a dollar or two (erm... pound or two) to a favorite charity of theirs or yours. When they meet you, they could then give you a photo or something of themselves making that donation in your honor. Just a thought. This Californian thinks you're lovely and talented. Keep up the brilliant work!
I always feel like I'm just hanging out and talking with Carrie when I watch her videos, and it's such a refreshing feeling. When and if I decide to start posting videos, I hope I am able to give viewers the same feeling, because it just feels nice.

I had the chance to go to SitC about four or five years ago when CZcams was still quite small (at least compared to nowadays). I remember SitC was quite big, but nowhere near as big as it is now. However, I turned down the opportunity because of some trivial reason, and then wasn't able to go the following couple of years. Now it's so big that I don't think I'd have the patience to wait in queues for hours. I still kick myself for not going back then...
With all the hard work carrie puts in to everything she does, she deserves everything! Love you Carrie x

+Elizabeth DeWitt yes I have auditioned already haha. It went better than expected. I'm disappointed as I know I haven't gotten a main role but I'll find out tomorrow if I have something else. At the moment the best I can hope for is to get Gavroche (even though I'm a girl). I feel like I could have acted the song a lot better for my audition as that is my strongest asset. I met you and pete at sitc, I was so nervous because they say never to meet the people you look up to in case they don't live up to it but you surpassed anything I couldve expected. You were so lovely and appreciative of everyone! Can't wait for next year :)

Carrie, I'm so happy you enjoyed sitc I felt kind of bad for you guys as you have to stay there for almost 5 hours and I know some of us waiting that long but we all got to relax. You guys only had one 15 minute break! Anyway I was so happy I got to meet you guys, you were lovely, I'm sorry I was so nervous and awkward ... I kind of just freaked out as just before I met you you guys announced it was only a photo or signature >.< (that's fine btw it was obviously necessary as the queue was soooo long). I was so lucky to meet you on Sunday at it was amazing! :) You two were so nice and I've been wanting to meet you for 3 years now. You probably don't remember as there were soo many people but i was the girl who gave you this bunting made out of letters for each month of the year and when you said in this video you felt like you don't deserve presents I just wanted to tell you that you do so much for us you meet us make videos and reply to letters and online messages and I guess we all want to give you a little something back

I think the relationship between content creator/viewer is much healthier than the fan/celebrity relationship, i mean is unreal how youtube itself has developed from a new way of creating content to a Hollywood 2.0 to the point where everyone needs security guards on conventions or the organizers get death threats from someone who couldn't meet their favourite youtuber.
And although i'd love to give you a drawing of mine if i ever get to meet you i just couldn't agree with you more about the presents thing and i love the way you explained it.
But anyway you're so down to earth and humble (unlike others) that the fact you don't expect anything in return makes you the kind of person anyone would love to give a little gift in order to express how much you've helped them. I mean at the end of the day you're all hopefuls big sister right? :)
