One thing that I think helps me, if I'm striking with my laces, is to try to curl my toes and make a "fist" with my foot. It's kinda like punching the ball as opposed to slapping it. I'm not sure if it actually adds more power, but it makes sense to me. All the other tips here are solid.

Hey Unisport. I can shoot nicely with my barefoot,but I find difficult in shooting with studds. Could you say a solution for it? Is repetition of shots with Studds the solution?
