Thanks for the tutorial. Can you make a video on the proper contact area for shooting long-range goals barefooted? If you show it barefooted it will be easy to understand what locking your ankle really means and I will be able to understand what I am doing wrong

The ankle is always the same like I'm explaining here if you shoot a strong one with the instep. Every other shot is a different technique but most of the time the same ankle like with instep just a different point you hit the ball.
