Mini Tesla Coil Made Using Lego

  • What you’re looking at here is a teeny tiny Lego Tesla Coil of sorts. It’s called a 'slayer exciter' circuit, and it’s a very forgiving self-oscillating circuit that is known to scale down very well.
    Having made various larger slayers before with lego, I wanted to find out just how small I could make one. It does all of the things you'd expect a tiny slayer/Tesla coil to do, like wirelessly lighting fluorescent bulbs, and exciting gasses like neon.
