      Scherzer still chokes in the postseason though, even in back to back Cy Young seasons with the Nats. His postseason chokes are one of the big reasons why the Nats haven't advanced beyond the division series with one of the best clubs in the majors.

    Watching the good/great years of the Rangers at this time was painful for me solely because of Adrian Beltre, whom I feel the Dodgers really screwed themselves over for not re-signing after 2004. What a Hall of Fame talent (like Piazza and Pedro and many others) they lost due to greed and idiocy.

    That 2011 rangers team was the best team in the playoffs. You had the right players playing together with experience. That should’ve been the year they won. That team was probably the best rangers I can remember. You can only guess what could’ve been if they won the World Series.

      The Rangers got snubbed home field advantage because of a stupid rule that said whoever won the all star game got World Series home field advantage and the NL won it. The rangers likely would’ve finished it off if it were in Arlington

      I have a feeling we will get a rematch possibly 2021.. maybe 2022. Rangers and cardinals again. They both are kind of rebuilding. I would love to see that.
