this mustve taken hours upon hours even days to do this, especially memorized. I am a freshman in high school and it is not easy! good job
Yes it does take a long time to get to this point! For these shows we spend all summer working and refining the music. But you keep working a little every day and I'm sure we'll be watching your videos some day too!! :)
You in marching band?
Don’t give up! High school marching band is not for the weak but the memories are unforgettable. Soak it all in now before you know it you will be performing for your last time in high school😭
imo its very simple to memorize the music if you are in marching band you will attend rehearsals that last for a couple hours and you will end up memorizing a movement in probably a week or so or less
@@ven._._. I know, I’m in marching band and the memorizing isn’t the hard thing. It’s just hard to something like this because of the 4 mallet parts and the tempo.
As a person who does marching band specifically pit, i know that the cymbals hurt especially if they sit in the sun for super long so good job. Good luck for the 2024 season ❤
Tak berkedip menontonnya 👏👏

What kind of wood is that marimba
It's rosewood:)
@@thekeyboardclan alrighty, thanks!
@@thekeyboardclan Rosewood marching marimbas?!? And that many?!? My school has 3 concert 5 octave rosewood and I thought that was expensive.
@@JustAnotherPerc hi there! It definitely is expensive generally!! The Blue Devils and most other drum corps though are very fortunate to have sponsors that provide the instruments for free or heavily discounted. It's in a way a marketing thing because so many people are watching these high performance groups and want to play on the same instruments! They also use the groups as testers sometimes for prototypes since those boards get stress tested everyday in the drum corps activity😅
