Pre-Fabricated 325 Foot Custom Fence Installation by MyFence.com using Fence Genius

In this video, the customer had previously employed another contractor to build 145 feet of fence that we were to add on to, which apparently took a crew of four, 4 days to build onsite. After setting the posts and importing them into our Fence Genius software, we prefabricated the system offsite in our shop and showed up with everything to install, all 325 feet & a custom gate in a matter of a partial days work with only two people.
For this fence design, the bottom panel was a 5' Estate Style Fence and we added a custom 2x2 lattice topper that we also fabricated using the Fence Genius software. We pre-fabricated these as separate units for easier installation. Each rail gets 2 pcs, 4" exterior deck screws per end to fasten to the posts, and the toppers received 5 screws to fasten the bottom 2x2 to the panel, and the cap to the adjacent posts.
