KIRO Commercial - "We've Got the Touch" - May 1983

In 1983 and 1984 CBS used the advertising slogan "We've Got the Touch." KIRO Video made this local commercial in May 1983 for CBS Seattle affiliate station KIRO channel 7. The video features a battery-powered tv, Seattle landmarks, KIRO news reporters, a KIRO logo sailboat and a couple drinking champagne in a rowboat. All typical things from 1980s Seattle.

NW Michelle CBS did use the We've Got the Touch slogan in 1983 but it wasn't til the fall....in May 1983 the CBS slogan was still Great Moments for you on CBS

@sherryhannah498 That's interesting. Do you think KIRO used it first (maybe even created the slogan) and CBS picked it up and used it too? Or it was a CBS slogan and KIRO just got the commercials out first?
