I have not experienced ED, but sexual shame is something that I have been noticing more and more...how it has been affecting multiple parts of my life. I am pretty certain that for me it stems from being caught watching a sex scene on tv one morning as I was exploring all the channels on tv as a kid. I also did not receive any sort of sex education growing up, so that did not help either. It is indeed incredibly painful to feel flawed for having sexual desires/being a sexual being. I am still pretty early in working on this, but I'm glad to hear that I am not alone in feeling this way. Thanks for this!
