Glad you here. The branch is probably willow what I collected beside the river. You can use poplar or cedar too.

I've started an owl a while ago, but my bits just cut through everything. What are you using for burr/bits?

For removing wood fast Kutzall and after some carbide bits. For details I love the diamond bits. Thx
