I tried this recipe but freaked out when the dough didn’t come together. Added a tablespoon of atta and refrigerated it. Finally the dough came together and I just rolled with hands and leveled with cup. Baked for 350 f for 20 minutes. The result was delicious crunchy biscuits. My husband and toddler loved it.

Just now i tried this recipe while mixing with ghee to the flour it is very soggy i feel that with out adding jaggery only it's not forming dough but after adding jaggery it's absorb all the wet and it is. Flyable to make a dough but when I kept it rest for 15 min above it becomes hard and then i book the water and i add it to the dough then after that i feel jaggery is less when we can the dough is hard what can we do?
