Being born back in 2005 the Xbox 360 was my first console.
This version of Minecraft is such a comfort experience for me. I truly miss the days of playing with my childhood friends on this version.

I was born in the latter half of 2005, but I had the Wii before I had my Xbox 360. I remember when i first got minecraft and It might've been this version of the tutorial world, or the one with the big set of stairs that led up to a village.

My friends and I had our fair share of fun in that world too! Lots of TNT...
I had Xbox 360 Minecraft, but I never had an internet connection on my 360 and so I could never play with any of my friends from home. These builds and the way they’re all connected is what I always wanted and envisioned as a kid. This is just awesome

I was born in 2011, and i never got the chance to play in the early days of Minecraft. about a year and a half ago, i started a server with some friends. the hours we spent, just playing Minecraft, without a care in the world. eventually, the world was abandoned, and most of my friends haven't joined sense. I still have some hope that the project will resume in the future. I think now that i understand the nostalgia that people feel when they talk about old Minecraft.

I somewhat had the same experience as you as I was born in 2008 and I never got minecraft till 2019 and when me and my sister made a world we loved it until one day it was gone. Fun times

FINALLY I WATCH A VIDEO THAT ACTUALLY GIVE ME NOSTALGIA, I remember playing this version on my Xbox 360 with my older brother and it was definitely one of the best times of my life

Loved the video! I hold not much nostalgia over this version of minecraft in particular, but it still holds a space in the story of old minecraft and i think we can all apreciate that even if we all don't share the same feelings for these old memories

i had the same version of mc that i played in 2012 on the xbox 360 but it had no village and i spawned in a place with just the house that you had to build before moving on to the castle! pls explain
Just seeing the words “Minecrat: Xbox 360 Edition” makes me feel so warm inside. I literally cannot count or probably even recall all the memories I have of this game. It’s crazy to me how one game can have such an impact on my life. It reminds me in someway of almost everything from 2011-2013. I may not play Minecraft as much as I used to as a kid but I know I will always come back to it from time to time. Easily one of my favorite games of all time.
Man those days Of the 360 were so much fun, Jumping from Minecraft to GTA 4 and 5, Playing Black ops 2 and Modern warfare 3, Playing dead island, and Those little Xbox 2 Dollar games and Xbox party games. Truly a great childhood and Those small moments are what I miss the most.
It's so sad that i lost all my old minecraft worlds with my sister. I still remember our favorite world. I miss those days 😪

I started playing Minecraft on Xbox in 2017, but the version was older. I got so many good and nostalgic memory about it and this video is so nostalgic for me.
I love that you actually played how it felt like to play back then, it really felt like the world you played in could've been made all those years ago
I remember in 2013 getting minecraft for the ps3 and playing for hours. My ps3 broke but in 2015 i was reunited with minecraft on xbox 360 and ive never had more fun ever since
i started playing minecraft since the old tutorial world with the secret portal room. Me and my friends would play split screen for 3 players and just explore that world over and over again, analysing the different designs of the mobs and terrains… it was awesome. I miss how simple minecraft used to be, now i feel as though it’s lost the spark. Glad to see people still honor this version!!

I was born in 2009 and the 360 was my first console and I have tons of memories and it was great to play minecraft. My dad is in the army and he got deployed a ton and we had a lot of fun on mc. There were times where he could visit us for a few weeks and we still played a bit then. The game really helped me through the years of him being deployed.
I never played old xbox 360 edition, only having got Minecraft in 2015 on phone. My first console edition was on the Wii U, at the equivalent of Java edition release 1.7. Despite that, this version and your building style somehow still give me a lot of nostalgia
I remember planning this on xbox I was with an old buddy of mine and we would sit down and played this or the temple of notch while listening to that beautiful original soundtrack I miss those days

this might be really silly to say, but even though i did, and still do, have the privelage of playing on the 360 edition, i never really got to explore the classic tutorial world before it updated (aquatic tutorial world lets gooo:/ ). I still kind of regret that now, but its really nice to know that i can still see it through awesome videos like this one.
This brings back so many memories. Now I gotta start up the Xbox 360.

i remember getting the physical version for minecraft back in the day. it was a little more updated, having stuff like hunger. but ill never forget my first shack. a mix of spruce and oak, a dark maze that you would get lost in. it was abominable but it was mine

I remember my cousins had Minecraft on their Xbox and I wanted to play it on my own so bad. I remember one day my dad surprised me with the ps3 edition (cuz we had a ps3) I remember thinking redstone would melt things, and not knowing how furnaces work! I remember how big my first world got, and my first base is my signature, and I build it in every survival world.
I also played pocket edition (Minecraft PE) and remembering how small the world was and I think I remember the render distance being really bad lol

4:36 I didn't know that! Didn't know they did secrets back then. When I think of tutorial world this is what I think of! The mobs waking you up at night was annoying for 10 year old me lol. I use to steal stuff from the village and join houses together to make my own. I so wish I still had the world but remember exactly what my house looked like.
man these bring back memories. Anyone remember those texture packs that you can get in minecraft xbox 360. Like the medieval texture pack alongside the medieval tutorial world (iirc that was a thing?)
While I played PC first (got it on 2012, or somewhere around version 1.5.2) I can understand the impact that the 360 version had, and the influence it has left on many people

I am part of a community of a game called Survivalcraft and it is very similar to Minecraft, and thanks to a programmer, I managed to convert the tutorial world-11 for Survivalcraft
I also play Survivalcraft, I do wish it was on steam tho.

I recently remember my gamertag that had all the tutorials map during the days, unfortnaly its an non live acc, sho theres no way to save them outside of the xbox 360 and put on a xbox one/bedrock edition and copy them to the cloud, i put most copys on an flash drive just in case that the og files get corrupted
The heartbreak I got a good couple of years ago when they announced 1.13 would be the last update for the 360 edition 💔

Oh god, i remember when i didnt know about that. I remember seeing 1.14 being released and stuff and got excited. Few days went by, few weeks, then months went by. THEN, i realised they werent coming back to Xbox360 edition. I was sad for a few days

I remember 360 minecraft, as a kid i hosted a public hotel world and i had random people join every other day. Some helped make the hotel better , some griefed and others built their own houses next to my poorly made hotel. And it was the most surrel experience as a kid. And I constantly live with the fact that i will never enjoying something that amazing again and im thankful for those who entered my world.
Im sixteen, born in ‘08, my brother had PS3 edition from the beginning, and my SiL bought Java a little bit after that. Some of my earliest memories of anything is playing Minecraft on my PlayStation. I’m really considering getting MC XB1 on disk (I have an XB1 and XSX) just for the tutorial world..
I had a xbox 360 as my first console, I spent most of my time on the TU11 tutorial world and one of my memories is that my dad built a railway around the Minecraft sign and changed the Minecraft sign to gold and lapis, I never had any friends that could come over so I could never play with other people. Another nostalgia is Stampy’s lovely world, hit the targets mind control machine scared me as a kid. The last nostalgia is that all of us tried to spawn heroine or go to the aether

I had a wii but when i went to my cousin house i saw the 360 (slim) and freaked my mind the touch button. Then i downloaded minecraft the demo and i got in love. Now i have 4 xbox 360 2 modded 2 stock
The Xbox360 was so good it was my childhood for 7 year even with minecraft story mode.
Now this is what I think of when it comes to OG Minecraft on the Xbox, no hunger, Ender dragon, good times.

I was born in 2009 and I played MC for the first time in 2012 or 2013 on my moms phone then I went to Xbox 360 a couple years later then the ps3 then the ps4 and then more recently I got a gaming laptop and was finally able to play Java. So I’ve grown up with MC and it will forever be my favorite game.
