Johnny’s MK9 tuxedo is based off of the tuxedo he wore in the Malibu comics.
NetherRealm did so well in characterizing Johnny, and the MKX-11 version has been a step up, from his relationship with Sonya, to being a father of Cassie. MK1 Johnny may not be the same, but he became a worthy friend of his allies, and I really like his interactions with Kenshi, Ashrah, etc.
I *love* his mk1 default. It's so simple, but so Johnny.
I knew mk9 Johnny cage primary costume was gonna be number 1

#5: MK shaolin monks's default costume
#4: MK9's default costume / MKX's tournament costume
#3: MK2's default costume
#2: MK1 (1992)'s default costume / MK1 / 12's jean claude van damme's costume

I kind of hate the union of light skin because Johnny looks like he just got out of a planet fitness. Plus it would’ve better if they took the shirt off , put his Johnny tattoo and give him a half robe it would look better

Honestly, I think all of Johnny's MKX skins were pretty terrible -- might even go so far as to say it was the worst he ever looked. MK11 and MK1 made up for it though!

Can we not hype them up anymore about Johnny. I have been crossing fingers they get rid of Johnny Cage since MK3 but they love this guy for some reason. Always was the bottom barrel character in every game for me.
