Swearing 50 times a sentence doesn't make you a good coach. There's no actual advice or tips as to how the players can improve their game, it's just swearing to somehow motivate them to play better. Try giving them something specific they each can improve on, not effing this effing that - it's so ineffective and gives a poor reputation to the channel

Some of those players need an attitude check.
The management are terrible too though. Supposed to give players more confidence, not destroy their confidence. He thinks he's Alex Fergison or some shit. If you're gonna talk like that to your players, then you need to have a reputation and respect among your players first. Otherwise it won't work. They don't give a shit about DT or Skully.
