I made something similar to this. I went to our local supermarket and bought some prepared chicken taco meat. Cooked it up with a little more taco seasoning and some chipotle seasoning. Strained it and added it to a bowl of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, rolled them up and stuck them in the toaster oven for 4 minutes. They were great!

these are more like flautas , which are still good , but much different in flavour and mouth feel than a taquito . You would want to either fry in oil or bake until golden brown , it is night and day , enjoy .
