  • The primary nerve cell, the neuron, is important because it gives the nervous system the ability to communicate with effectors across the entire body. In this video we discuss the structure of neurons and also how they come together to form an entire nerve cell network.

I learned about Neuron and it's structure. The primary cell of the nervous system is the neuron. It allows the nervous system to communicate with the rest of body. Neuron structure are: cell body, Dendrites, axon, axon hillock, Myelin sheaths, nodes of Ranvier and axon terminals. How neurons come together to form a nerve cell network. Message transmission happens at the Synapse ( Synaptic CLeft) which is the junction between one nervous axon terminals and another neuron's Dendrites. Where the two nervous system are connected in the center is this area chemical and electrical neurotransmitters are released and picked up by the dendrites of other nerve cell. As neurons poss information to central nervous system our body then interprets these messages as sights, sound, aromas, and other sensation that allow us observe the world around us.

Because it enables communication between the neurological system and the rest of the body, the neuron in the nervous system is a fascinating and important component, I discovered. The neuron's structure enables it to carry messages over comparatively large distances. The Neuron's Cell Body, sometimes referred to as the Soma, is where the cell nucleus is located. The soma is followed by dendrites, which jut out from it like tree branches. The neuron makes use of these to recognize both chemical and electrical inputs. The neuron's axon is located in its middle. The axon, which can grow to a length of a meter, is the longest outgrowth of the soma.

I learned that the neuron in the nervous system is a fascinating and significant component because it allows communication between the neurological system and the rest of the body. The structure of the neuron allows it to transmit signals across relatively long distances. The cell nucleus is found in the Neuron's Cell Body, which is also known as the Soma. Dendrites, which look like tree branches and protrude from the soma, follow. They are used by the neuron to identify both chemical and electrical inputs. The axon is placed in the center of the neuron. The longest extension of the soma is the axon, which may reach a length of a meter.

The Neuron, the primary cell of the Nervous System, is a complex cell. It is and it contains the parts that are essential because it enables the Nervous System to send signals to the rest of the body. The Soma, Dendrites, Axon, Myelin Sheaths, Nodes of Ranvier, and Axon Terminals work together to send messages to each other, which happens at the Synapse or the Synaptic Cleft. Interpretations of messages as sights, sounds, aromas, or other sensation are made as neurons pass information to the Central Nervous System.

The primary cell of the nervous system which is the 'neuron' also has its own structures. Neuron allows/helps the nervous system to be able to communicate with the rest of the body in order to take action, for example when your hands get in contact with a sudden heat. The structure of the neuron has key features that are necessary in order to transmit messages to the body on what action it'll make. Each structure of the neuron has different functions and significance in our body, some of the structures of neurons are cell body, dendrites, axon, myelin sheaths, nodes of ranvier and axon terminals. The transmission or sending of messages occurs at the 'synapse', While the neurons are transmitting messages we interpret these messages using our sense, may it be as sight, sounds/hearing, smell etc.

The neuron being the primary cell of the nervous system which allows it to communicate properly with the rest o the body. The structure of a neuron consists of parts including the cell body(soma), Dendrites, Axon and Axon hillock, myelin sheaths, nodes of Ranvier, and lastly axon terminals. These all play a part in sending messages to each neuron.

The structure of the neuron includes the Soma, Dendrites, Axon, Myelin Sheaths, Nodes of Ranvier, and Axon Terminals each of these has their own functions and works together to send messages. The message transmission occurs at the synapse or the synaptic cleft. This message is interpreted by our body as sound, sight, aromas, etc.

I discovered that the neuron is the primary cell of the nervous system. It facilitates communication between the nervous system and the rest of the body. The structure of a neuron provides crucial elements that assist in the transmission of messages over relatively long distances. It is made up of the cell body, dendrites, axon, myelin sheaths, Ranvier nodes, and axon terminals. Neurons connect to form a nerve cell network.
