@@bluepumpk1nAP means building AP. Rammus has no AP scalings besides on his R. The magic damage he's otherwise doing is on-hit scaling off of the armor he has. Magic damage a champion does can sometimes scale off of other things than ability power

Whenever I see a rammus I get the "don't chase the singed" meme in my head except it's actually "don't auto-attack the rammus. It's so obvious it makes me laugh when I see someone actively deciding to hit the champion whose entire kit is to kill you when you attack them.

How he did not realize that he was throwing the game when he stayed for midinhib is beyond me. I was watching that game live and i was telling to myself "wtf is he doing why isnt he chasing".
Also, that defence he left top second tower to Leblanc, was a guaranteed dive and he didnt see that coming also.
this is my pov why that happens .
first at all he try showcase ramus, when he did it his brain just was so happy, and he dont care about game for 3-5 sec, when hes focus back to game he release ally team was too far and they not in dengerus and can disengage at any time so he decide to push mid
if he will full focus i sure he will help ally team

He has magical boots, so he cant get boots there. And armor itself only gets giga value after thornmail on rammus.
