You need to work on your time management. You're not buying yourself enough time with your proxies, as evidenced by the fact that Malphite, one of the worst match-ups into Sion managed to take 4 plates from you. Work on your timing for stage 2 proxies so you can actually leave lane occasionally or take good deaths where the enemy only gets your kill gold and crucially, wastes their time dealing with you. Good game though!
