For a guy who didn't talk to parents for 2 years. I can totally understand what you are going through.
    1. Do not call them to live with you permanently. It will hugely disturb your peace.
    2. Take some good place at rent for few weeks, call them there and take them to places near that rented place.
    3. Send them on top class umrah or hajj package whichever is available ( due to covid situation) and go with them if that's possible for you, just you 3.
    4. Fix any day of a week and call them till they are alive. Do this just for the sake of Allah. It will bring peace to your heart.
    5. Don't overthink. Allah will also ask parents for their wrongdoings. Allah is Allah. Parents don't get a free entry pass to jannah just because they are parents.
    6. Do what you can for them. And don't do what you can't. List down what you can and what you can't and Stick by them.
May Allah give you ease. Amen

This is a good list to follow. To be obedient doesn’t mean we have to make them happy. Only your effort and intention count. Live by this rule for everyone in your life. They might have a different childhood and their experiences are unknown to you. Just do what you can with intact boundaries in your part.

I can relate a lot to the fist question I used to have friends that I used to play with but that was when my father was in the airforce and we lived in a airforce camp in Peshawar so parents had no safety concerns but after moving to Islamabad I didn’t have anyone and I spent a lot of time alone with my thoughts.i learned to enjoy my own company but sometimes I wished to talk with others,I kept myself sane by talking with ppl online in this day and age it is rlly easy to meet anyone from around the world .I met this person who’s Turkish but lives in Germany and this person is really into art and they made me get into drawing aswell and we share art and talk about random things from time to time

Secondly, there are a lot of books regarding habits, how to get rid of bad ones and how to adopt. Look them up and read them. You'll get something out of them.
Thirdly, aik kahani (summarized version) hai k aik sharabi k 2 betay, aik bara ho k sharabi ban gya, us se pocha k tm sharab q petay ho to usne kaha k " qk mera baap Sharabi ta" . Dosre ne baray ho k sharab ko kbi hath b nai lgaya, us se pocha gya k tm q nai peetay sharab to usne kaha "qk mera baap Sharabi ta". You have to choose k apko konsa wala banna hai. Habits change ho sakti hain, bs apko ye nai sochna k me aisa ban chuka hu ya mje virasay me laziness mili hai to me lazy honga. The choice is yours! Apne figure out kr liya problem, ab solution dondhne me lg jae, hope this helps!

For me, azaan ki awaz na ana is a peaceful thing. I grew up near 3 mosques and they would literally fight over who'd have the loudest loudspeakers. I am an ex-banker, and in my training I was advised by one of the most reputed and experienced banker - to never get hooked on credit cards, between even as a senior management person he never applied for a credit card in his career. And for the people who are wondering why as a banker I never used credit cards, well here is the reason "Don' t get high on your own supply" - Scarface

for the first boy- Bro I am a 28-year-old Doctor who had the same habit, I have a philosopher's style of thinking, that is all theory-nothing practical. But I read a book about changing habits where one thing that stuck with me was that there are 2 psychological layers to our habits.
first is the neural pathways that execute a given habit.
The second and the bigger problem is the underlying undertones that are the primary root of that habit.
You might feel a sense of pleasure when you talk to yourself because you will be validating your self and seeking validation is a kind of an innate desire for us humans.
So try to go through these steps I developed for myself. This is not a standardized model. but something I came up for myself.
    1. Finding out the reasons for doing what you do. These are your undertones. (you have a lot of this figured out already).
    2. say to yourself you are not going to go for easy pleasure by talking to yourself.
    3. Whenver you start talking to yourself break that chain of thoughts by saying any thing that would divert your brains attention. I start saying Astaghfar and lahol wallah quwata illabillah. this stops that chain of thoughts that prompts me to talk to myself.
once you have stopped thinking in one way. you have to build something else on the cleared mind. otherwise your brain is going to revert back to old habit.
    4. Now build a new thought pattern. A practical one. Push yourself to be the person you want to be. IT will be very hard in the beginning. It may make you very anxious. But stick to it. In a year or more it will bring rewards.
If you would like, there is no harm in talking to a good behavioural therapist like a psychiatrist or a psychologist.

here is the link to that book.
