- I Explored and tried an authentic food court in George Town (Malaysia), it's famous for its spicy. After entering I was really amazed to saw that they were serving the food in banana leaf and I was confused about what to start the first lot of varieties over here finally I bought NASI LEMAK. NASI LEMAK had five varieties like prawn, Squid, Fish, salted Fish & egg and Anchovy.
Except for squid, I tried it all. They are having it for their brunch. had a wonderful experience if the spicy is less maybe it will be on my favorite food list.

Famous banana leaf delicious & spicy nasi lemak, for me the one with Ikanbilis and egg but many other kinds available! prawn, Squid, Fish, salted Fish & egg and Anchovy.
paid a ridiculously low 1.5 Ringgit for a small but perfect parcel of nasi lemak.

Nasi lemak our childhood favorite breakfast 😋
Nasi lemak.. Malaysian favourite breakfast for almost all the races living here.. You can adjust the sambal quantity if you dont like it spicy.. A proper nasi lemak comes with rice (cooked with coconut extract: thats y we call it nasi lemak @ kolupu soruu) + anchovies gravy/sambal + fried groundnuts + cucumber slices + boiled eggs..

Irfan, as you have described yourself as an food reviewer, I believe you should have learnt well that food review doesn’t mean you review only foods that you like. BEFORE going to another country, learn and study their culture before going there and review their food. If You prefer masala food only, i suggest you stay and search for masala food in India. Out of India, the food culture and ingredients are different. That’s what makes a food review host to explore and explain to the viewers how it tastes. Don’t limit yourself to only MASALA food. We have excellent diversified food culture in MALAYSIA that i guess you have limited yourself to explore due to you own preferences of MASALA FOOD.

That's dry chilli paste they blend it with anchovies ginger garlic shallots n belacan n cooked it with oil....and the rice is coconut milk rice here that's most fav breakfast ever irfan hv it with deep fried chicken it's heaven 😍

That kolumbu u call it ’sambal’ how u make the sambal is u boil dried cili and grind it. To grind u have to put the bolied dried chili,shallots,garlic and blend it well to make it chili paste. And u will cook the sambal with that blended chili paste
