Char Kway teow is one of my favorite Breakfast Food 😍 . It's one of the Chinese noodles options where they also serve this food too
The reason why Char Kuey Teow aka CKT is so good and intense in flavour is because of the Wok Hei (Complex chared aroma from the Wok itself). It takes years for the Wok to achiece wok hei.

Please be extra caution with halal and non-halal food. Even you've not eating pork doesn't mean you can simply eat chicken where it is not slaughter properly according to islamic way since the seller is non-Muslims. Usually the only food we buy from Chinese is fruits.
