Good afternoon kofi I've been watching your program please the government of ghana needs to make it clear the land they own to members of the Ghanaians citizens know of land in other regions in ghana regions for future development and make sure the government fence it off and put proper signs on the land and let make strict instructions to the municipal assembly to reserve plans for the area for members of the public in the municipal buildings .
The engineers also have to think and suggest some of these to the leaders.
They are the big problems, bcoz of cuts and getting the contracts ,
If it was some country ,they will go after bank account and investment of the owners of the structures to pay for the demolition. Some countries sell private houses to defray outstanding property tax. The people in charge of road development should all be sacked . They sat down for all this development to go on. Hence forth road construction should be done at the margins of the land allocated for road. I travelled outside Ghana and saw what looks like a forest occupying the median of multiple lane road. I didn't understand , but it now makes sense even though there where no building /development by the road.

NPP like talking ahead of themselves. They always promise what they cannot do. There are no dedicated funds for such a project. The MCE is talking trash; empty talk that will not materialise. The fact is that there is no money for any such road project. Had the NDC not sourced funds for the Pokuase Interchange, that project would not have happened. Ghana is broke, and even all the Sino Hydro sponsored projects have come to a stand still. What we don't want in this country again is abandoned projects.

He said compensation has already being done so the current demolition affected the encroachers.
I think he said they own the land so even if you take them to court you can’t be compensated because they already down that by former Pres. Kufuor’s time.
