I don't know if anyone will ever read this comment, but I'll write it anyway, more to myself I guess.
You can be happy anywhere you are, you don't need anyone's approval, you are enough, you are strong, other people can be part of your journey, but they can't and never will be destination. To anyone who's reading this. I know life is tough, full of sacrifices, full of pain that's so hard to endure. I know you've been through a lot for the past years of your life. I know you've been crying your heart out. I know you've been asking yourself "why?", "for all of people, why me?". I know life is really hard as we get older. I know sometimes we feel like we don't want this pain anymore. I know sometimes we thought of what if i'll just end it here? What if I'll cut these ties and just simply let go? What if I'll just disappear? I know you've been searching your whole life what could be the reason behind all of this pain. I know you've been crying while hiding at your pillows and blankets. I know it's painful. I know it's hard. I know you wanted to give up already. But look at you now. You're still here. Despite all of those thoughts and experiences, you are still here and fighting. Why? Because you are strong. You re brave. You are great. You are awesome. Everything happens for a reason and that's what everyone says, and how we wish we knew that reason. But even if we don't we still need to fight. Because everyday is new. Everyday has a lot of things to offer. Just keep on fighting and someday you will find the reason behind all of your suffering. Someday you will find yourself smiling and laughing. Someday will come and it will all be healed. I am no expert in giving advices to people, but we just need to be transparent to see peoples emotions, and so we can understand them. Stay strong. I know you can get through all of this. And if you're feeling unloved today. I want to say I LOVE YOU💞 YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, AND I THANK GOD HE MADE SOMEONE LIKE YOU. SO DON'T BE SAD❤💞

I use to suffer from PTSD . I cried so hard it left my head . I cried it out . I cried in the morning time from 3-5 am . I focused on the pain that was killing me throughout the years and just broke down.
I have had ptsd since I was a child now I am 65 and can’t sleep at 4 am. I refuse to give up.

I have finals in a few days, and then I'll have to start looking for my first job, everything is stressful these days, and tonight my neighbours are partying and keeping me awake against my will. Everything is in a state of fluctuation and major shifts as well on all levels. Try forming a relationship with your body were you can understand what it needs and is telling you to do even(guided meditation sleep music is a good start for this powerful practice for example).✌

You are not alone. I overcame depression many months ago. Give yourself time to heal, do not try to speed up things. That was the best advice I was given.
From the beginning I was immersed in this kind of relaxing music and now everything is as beautiful as ever. This music brings me to the present moment, like a dream, a long way past.

My now 10 month old and I used to listen to this when he was a Newborn until about 3 months old when he could fall asleep on his own. I miss the late night snuggles while listening to this.
