K wow.
MatthewSantoro Is this an example because I've seen this ages ago......
MatthewSantoro didn't you cover the Mandela effect before?
MatthewSantoro Love your videos you're my favorite CZcamsr
Jose Gonzalez Hey!!! I commented that
I could have sworn you had hair.
fuckin rekt
William Lauzon LOL
William Lauzon I could've sworn this was Vsauce
fuckin savage
William Lauzon I could have sworn you were keemstar
What if this video *Never Happened?*
That's what *they* want you to think.
Dylan See omg! What if this comment doesn't exist!
Dylan See dun dun dun!
Dylan See no but I swear it is a video
Craig 123 spread the word to end the word *cough*
iâve always remember it as âjifâ . âjiffyâ is a cornbread mix
That's where I've been getting Jiffy from
Yes and then there's the Skippy peanut butter... Maybe that added to the confusion.
I agree. I think people are combining JIF and skippy.
People combining things in their memories IMHO. Although there are misprints of the berenstain bears books interestingly enough. Both copies were from sometime in the early 80's.
There are also videos with a misprint on the spine label that says "berenstein" :D its actually real
Dude The whole Mandela effect about Mandela is so insane to me because as a South African I remember Mandela being on life support and then watching the burial and memorial on TV literally like it was yesterday. Hecticc manđ€Ż
Maybe people are getting him confused with Steve Biko.
I watched an Oprah show about it too.
@@anubusx No confusion. Mandela died in prison in the early 90s. We discussed it in school in current events. They televised the people mourning. It was a major deal. It wasnât until his presidency came to an end that I saw anything about him being alive or being President.
Soo.... ace ventura made fun of that rich guy with a monocle calling him the monopoly guy for no reason?
Could be one of the reasons we believe the monopoly guy had one also.
Nah, he made fun of him because he looked just like him- WITH the monocle. Thatâs my reality and I remember it clearly.
@@marsmignacco8608 Could be for the ones who never saw the monopoly guy with monocle, but I know I did.
Bree Stone you saw it too?
There's a part in that movie where the short heavy guy is explaining that the wachutu had never known disease until they encountered Europeans. Ace sneezes "I'm fighting something"... I remember it clearly but it's not in the movie anymore
I swear to god the song âWe Are The Championsâ ended with a final âof the wooooooorldâ
isn't it " we are the champions my friend" ??
Bethel Kerei I mean at the very end
In the live version it does.
Watch might ducks
In the live version it does and its because the first chorus ended with it so the last should have
The best way to test this is if you ask your parents or other âolderâ generations what they remember. My parents always remember the facts that are opposite of what is told now. Very interesting and I love it
Not with the monopoly man.
I definitely have asked!!! And yes mandala effects all over!
I've found lots of younger people who remember the original
My dad strictly bought fruit of the loom for me and himâŠ.
He is 100% it has a cornucopia.
Don't love it too much. Something screwy is going on with the timelines.
I think our reality was messed up when thanos snapped his fingers
LOL
Blame Barry going back in time.
Cern
I'd say he looks like the Pringles guy....
RM Productions I was thinking the peanut guy lol
RM Productions ïż¶đđđ
yeah I think people keep mixing him up with the pringles guy that's why
RM Productions Ace Ventura When nature calls he plainly says to the old skinny guy and you must be the Monopoly guy and the man was sporting a monocle. Look up Monopoly guy when nature calls.
Pringles guy doesn't have a monocle either.
I swear that curious George swung from ropes with his tail
Julie Jordan likesss cake yes exactly, i couldve sworn curios george swung from things and ropes with his tail in the tv show
Yall talking about boots from Dora stoopid lol jk
Julie Jordan likesss cake I swear!! I remember it like it was yesterday đ he would hang upside down from trees with his tail
And I oop Congratulations to you and your fabulous memory. Hereâs a cookie đȘ
Righhttt !!!!
The monopoly guy is just being confused with the planters peanut guy
Nope! The monopoly guy has a monocule in one universe!
I thought I got him mixed up with the pringles guy too
The Pringleâs guy never had one either that I didnât know but the monopoly guy 100% had one
Yes
They look the samw
Curious George: *That ain't a tail...*
I wached cartoon and don't remember any tail. It's just normal for us people to ad something different just because it is more naturaly or better in some way, like a monocle
lol
Ooohhh nnnooo..
CHILE-
The Mona Lisa has always been smirking tf
Facts
So what's the complaints about? Are they saying she was never smirking?
@eddrum100 idk to me she was always smirking i rememeber shows that made fun of her for the smirk she had
Jim heis seriously I know I heard thatâs why it was part of why it so famous. Because they had to sit for a long time till the painting was done so nobody ever smiled but she was the only person that even grinned
Nope I remember her not smiling! I was so freaked out to see sheâs smiling now .
I watched Curious George all the time as a kid and always thought it was strange that he didn't have a tail so I know for a fact that he NEVER had a tail.
Mikerbert I know I try to image but it look retarded
Mikerbert Same.
Mikerbert a tale..so many tales to tell
Hes refered to as a monkey so most likely people just remember him having a tail because tails are associated with monkeys
Just like with Mr. Pennybags, he's referred to as a sort of gentleman, and since most "gentlemen" in media wear monocles, it's easy to misinterpret him as having one since he's so easily associated with others that do. Like Mr. Peanut
6:01 Wait, I thought her smile was like _the_ reason why it was famous.
@@fitzorpercy2884 : You gonna elaborate on that or what?
@@fitzorpercy2884 : I didn't say that. I just wanted more of an explanation.
@@fitzorpercy2884 why delete it my boi
That indeed was the reason it was so famous. I've never heard of the Mona Lisa being an example of the Mandela effect until this video.
Thatâs not why she was famous itâs because someone stole it and it became famous
My names Luke. Iâve heard âLuke I am your fatherâ as long as I can remember.
Same bro
One of the most famous misquotes
I swear it's because of Tommy Boy. The Fan scene
Apparently so did Tory Lanez in his diss track to Joynar Lucas when he says, "Lucas, I am ur father ninja."
Bcuz maybe ppl mistake no for luke
Dude, I swear in the cartoon I see him swinging WITH HIS TAIL from something. I swear with my life
This is about curious George btw
Pepper is A Dolan twins fan me too bro me too
He had a tail!!!! And it was Bernstein!!!!!! Not bernstain!!!!!!!
He never had a tail
same
one time the man in the yellow hat got fed up with George and nailed his tail to the floor
Matthew you son of a gun. Nice try. You deleted the previous video you made on the Mandela effect and posted this one. Now everyone's like "I swear I've seen this before..." Well played my friend. Well played...
Broly
He never made a video of the Mandela Effect before..he made a video on Examples of their possibly being alternate universes, in which the Mandela effect was in .
Broly He did! I actually remember it being about a year ago and I'm freaking out right now.
MatthewSantoro clever Canadian
+MathhewSantoro i have been a fan for a long long time now. love the videos! remember when you replied to somebody it would do the + thing? it sucks i have to type it now

When he showed the monopoly guy I ran to my game and he doesnât have one whattttttttt
He never had a monocle.
Jim Carey said Hello Clarice in The Cable Guy with a fried chicken hannibal mask on lol
Brian Reese oh yeah
Perhaps that is what people remember
Tananda Lynch nope this is what is called residue.
In dr dolittle they kinda referenced hannibal saying hello clarice
Yeah but what was Carey Referencing? If it didn't exist then the quote wouldn't make sense to say
Itâs often common for people to misquote iconic movie quotes âI am your fatherâ âDo you feel lucky punkâ once enough people misquote it it just becomes engrained in popular culture despite the actual lines of the film being different
"Do you feel lucky punk?" -iron hide from transformers, right?
Jim carey, The mask
Thomas Turtle Clint Eastwood in dirty harry
Thomas Turtle dumb millennials..
Dirty Harry definitely said that line though, but it was more like "Do you feel lucky? Well do you?... punk." I remember watching it when I was like 10.
It was Jim Carrey in Cable guy who put meat on his face and says "Hello Clarice" and I think this and multiple erroneous parodies of star wars saying "Luke, i am your father" are what influence people to remember those lines incorrectly.
Also in Ace Ventura 2, he encountered a guy with a monocle that he refers to as 'the monopoly guy'
@@randygebhart6560 I was just about to write this same comment... bottom line, Jim Carrey can't remember his lines.
*NO!! I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THAT THE EVIL QUEEN DIDNâT SAY âMIRROR MIRROR ON THE WALL, WHOâS THE FAIRIEST ON THEM ALL?â AHHHHHHH-*
Forget collective reality, Our reality where she addressed the mirror in this way is the true reality.
She did
She did. Disney changed it.
Well, she does in the original story, so people who believe it get a pass on this one because of a technicality.
Shrek, you're welcome
OMG THE CURIOUS GEORGE ONE I SWEAR HE EVEN USED HIS TAIL IN SOME OF THE EPISODES
Amina Ali HE DID
Amina Ali IKR
Amina Ali he most sure had a tail. The picture of him dancing with the tail reminded me
The book. Read the book!
Albert Giesbrecht what exactly will reading the book prove given the argument? Keep in mind the argument is a concept that two different dimensions that were once parallel have now become one timeline as opposed to two separate timelines
I think people remember Jif as Jiffy because of the other brand, Skippy
MiniManDobby yeah. A lot of these can be explained fairly easily.
MiniManDobby true that just made so much sense right nowđđ
Also Jiffy Pop the popcorn.
MiniManDobby I was thinking the same thing
MiniManDobby that's not the reason why for me I could tell the difference because the colors were different I remember jiffy then I remember jif but with 2 f's
We started acrylic on canvas in grade 9, 2014 and the first thing our teacher explained was Mona Lisa. He said she had the most difficult expression to paint because she isn't smiling, she isn't serious either. She is a bit sad but this isn't on her expression. He just said we shouldn't try to refer to that work because it would be too hard on us but I remember it clear as day. She was never smiling or smirking.
Does anyone remember when Ace Ventura pet detective went to the fancy party and punched the guy with the monnical and used his butt to talk saying something along the lines of do not pass go or whatever. I remember the Monopoly guy having a monnical!
Yep
Exacccctttlllyyy!!!
He knocked out the bald guy wearing a monocle, then shook him to make his mouth move as he said, "Do not pass Go, do not collect two hundred dollars." The butt talking thing was from a different part of the movie. And Rich Uncle Pennybags never had a monocle.
Guys, I swear he posted a Mandela Effect video a couple months ago...
I actually remember him posting this a few months ago
Justin Portillo even I do!
Justin Portillo ok.. oh no
Justin Portillo i know, that is what i remembered
Justin Portillo .....yes i also remeber.. this video... he has posted it before.
Is it weird if I thought he was going to say, " Hey VSauce, Micheal here."
Megan Villegas Nope, I thought it to
Wait, when I first watch the video thatâs what he said. Then I went back and watched it again and he didnât. When did he change the intro?!?
What's funny about this topic is we recently went and saw Michael live and I kept pretending to be him and saying to my kids Hey V Sauce, it's Michael. my 18yo kept pointing out that he doesn't say that despite me thinking otherwise
the biggest one is Randy Jackson saying âYeah, itâs a no from me dawgâ
Didn't Simon Cowell say "It's gonna be a no from me" hence the confusion?
Tananda Lynch yeah but people always say âitâs a no from me dawgâ but that was never said
In a alternate universe I'm dead already based off of all my decisions in this one
I remember having conversations on why the Mona Lisa looked so serious! Now sheâs smiling?!
And did you notice that her eyes were pulsating?! I thought she was blinking in the video.đ±
I remember having conversations on why the Mona Lisa was smirking. And how she was potentially hiding something secret
I know right? It was the amazing of the Mona Lisa that you didnt know that was serious or smiling... some people debate it was melancolic actually. I dont know what happen.
@@danydorantes4728 Great point. Yes, this is the most compelling example. The others seem to be obvious delusional memories or misquotes later becoming again misquoted too many times. Idk, hello Clarice maybe as well:)
Yeah same
The confusion with monopoly is simple... We confuse the monopoly man with the Pringles man... there glad thats done
julian valdiviezo But the Pringles man doesn't wear a monocle either
julian valdiviezo exactly what I was thinking as I was watching!
XD oh no
julian valdiviezo or that peanut guy
julian valdiviezo iiiii
The Star Wars one the âI am your fatherâ I look up that scene put your phone up to your ear and you will hear âno I am your fatherâ
Interesting.
I never read the books, but I remember in the cartoons that the surname was pronounced, âbare-en-steenâ
GUYS I figured out a few things from the comments:
1. Jiffy maybe a mix of Jif & Skippy
2. Monopoly guy's monocle might be confused with Mr.Peanut butter
3. Curious George had a stump for a tail
Koray Gesli we don't have mr. Peanut butter in Canada and I still remember him with a monocle...
It might just be that humans are retarded
1) No I clearly remember Jiffy peanut butter and so does my sister
2) I remember the Monopoly guy with a monocle
3) I watched that show forever and he has never ever ever had some kind of tail or stub
Lima Swanepoel Hosk actually its not mr Peanut Peanut butter. Mr Peanut is the mascot of a brand that sells all types of nuts and even cheese balls called planters. Its snack food not peanut butter. Lol.
i think monopoly guy is confused with pringles not peanut dude
"That's right, I said 'BerenSTAIN'.." đđđ I am dead.. that will always be the craziest one to me. We should rename it the Berenstein Bears Effect lmao
On the vhs it was Bernstein I still have it

Itâs not there. It never happen.
Yet. It did!
I think you are confused he never said that
This happened I remember it!
I remember watching an episode of Spongebob where they mimic the stern look of Mona Lisa and show a photo of the stern Mona Lisa, I'm so confused right now...
I remember specifically watching a documentary on why she was painted with a Serious face it honestly terrifies me
Noah K wasn't it a feature to the Mona Lisa that we couldn't quite tell if she was smiling or or frowning. When the fuck did it become a definite answer on the fact that she was smiling?
Noah K I have a similar thing with spongebob as well. I have distinct memories of seeing the episode "Krabby land" almost a full year before it was shown as a new episode. It fucks with me to this day.
It was. I remember specifically being taught that the reason for the weirdness was because if you hid the lower half of her face it looked like her eyes were smiling but if you hid the top half she looked slightly grumpy. If you hid the top half and one side (so you could only see a bottom quarter of her face) she looked neutral. If you switched sides she looked straight up pissed. So, together it created this odd dichotomy. It was one of the biggest reasons as to why she was studied so much and used as an example of facial features and our perceptions of expressions. Aaaaand it's gone.
Noah K me to my head all up.
"Mirror mirror on the wall" did happen. It was a line from Shrek. People think it is from Snow White but to avoid copyright is used in the Shrek movie. It's actually proof of the cultural impact Shrek has made.
Mandy Douglass the story of snow white is in the public domain, DreamWorks had no reason to fear backlash
Mandy Douglass I would link one article I found, but afraid it would go to spam, but the original Brother's Grimm story of Snow White actually did have "Mirror mirror on the wall in it". Not sure how much that plays into the phenomenon, but I'm sure it's done it's part in the misconception (Little Snow-White by Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm). and while I was typing out "Wilhelm", I wanted to remember it as "Wilheim". Shows how easily misrememberances can happen.
nope. I've never seen Shrek and I recall mirror mirror.
snow white was mad way before shrek I've always heard magic mirror
Mandy Douglass actually the original quote was mirror mirror on the wall but Disney made it differ from the Grim brothers edition
Glad to see you back many many told you where never going to be back and yet here you go wishing you the best
5:36 as a kid I remember the Mona Lisa was famous because people couldnât tell if she was smiling or not smiling, seeing it now sheâs clearly smiling but as a kid it was SUPER hard to tell

I knew the 'hello Clarice' thing from The Cable Guy. Jim Carrey says it during a scene. Being a well known actor and having the movie release only 5 years after Silence of the Lambs in 1991, I wouldn't be surprised if this influenced the memories of the masses.
Hey Iâve been binge watching all your videos for a while, and on your plus account I also got your book which I love! But your videos are amazing!!!
I don't remember Curious George ever having a tail. Hehe. I got that one right. The Mona Lisa too. Her slight smile is as clear as day.
China Rodriguez Same with both
the mona lisa could be life imitating art cuz there was a animated movie called mr peabody and sherman and the went back in time and made mona lisa smile than boom the actual mona lisa smiles
I've seen her 3 times at the Louvre!
China Rodriguez me t00
i remember the mona lisa's smirk to be a slightly crooked halfsmile that was "the greatest mystery of the art world"
I remember my daughter asking me to read a Bernstein Bears story to her. (1997?)
So, I said, "The Berenstine Bears" and she was so mad. She said, "It's Berensteen Bears!" I explained to her that when a word has an ei, it is pronounced like "eye" and that for it to be pronounced that way it would be spelled Berenstien.
That is how I know it was never spelled Berenstain.
CYNTHIA FULLER Iâve been trying to find a book from when I was a kid and it was spelled w the e
I used to read the books outloud all the time. One day in a bookstore I was reading it to my mom and I said "BearenSTEEN" and she asked me to re-read it. It took me forever to see it. I hated it lol and I said "Steen is better" but idk if this is really how it happened because it was so long ago ??
Yes.
She pronounced it the way I did! Finally Iâm not alone.
Yea but then you.have people that say "oh your misremembering". That pisses me off so much
The timeline has been tampered with as I remember the Monopoly man having a monocle and such. Also I remember the song, "We Are The Champions," by Queen and the ending of the song being, "Of the world, but they say not. If you listen to the ending of the movie, "Revenge of the Nerds," you can hear it just before the chorus.
Please make more of this topic! My mind is BLOWN!

He actually did say Luke I am your father. I remember hearing it while watching the movie many years ago as a child.
Yes Hannibal Lecter did say, "Hello Clarice." It wasn't when he greeted her in the prison though. It was at the end of the movie when Hannibal Lecter calls Clarice. She is told that she has a phone and when she gets on the phone she hears Hannibal Lecter say to her, "Hello Clarice." It's when he tells her that the world is better with her in it.
Mar MDog he says âwell, clarice.â People just have different ears and hear things differently lol
No, he clearly says hello when she approches his cell that has the big glass windows. Not sure how this guy confuses 'well' and 'hello', they don't even sound the same! People have the same ears, and don't hear things differently, some people just hear what they want to hear for some weird reason.
@@rockettcustoms6266 in Hannibal in 2001 is when he says âHello clariceâ over the phone not in silence of the lambs
The Mona Lisa definitely changed. When I was younger, I always found it odd that she didn't smile. Her mouth was straight, no smile at all. I always thought it made no sense when people said her smile was famous, because she had no smile. I used to question it a lot, and even told other people, including my brother, that it made no sense for the painting to be renowned for her smile when she never had one. It was only in recent times, no more than a few years ago, that I saw the painting again, only this time she was smiling. And I had to show it to people to point out that it had changed. This was back before I heard of the Mandela Effect.
Same ... and the shadows on the right side of the face, particularly around the eye are messed up too.
I remember the painting from childhood and I remember the smile. We remember things differently
Its very subtle and what you consider a smile has changed over time as your brain develops. You are much better now at recognizing different expressions than when you were little. Kids are much less likely to recognize that as a smile than adults.
The saying always was, why is she smiling yo
This is exactly what I was thinking - as a kid, a âsmileâ was a wide and very expressive. My kid brain didnât think she looked very happy. Nowadays Iâm able to detect more nuance in facial expressions.
Kinda like the feeling that mr bean only has 10 episodes but we felt like it was 10 seasons

Nobby Bobbinger rip x
One of my favorite movies and I swear he said Hello Clarice
The voice or Darth Vader also remembered saying âluke i am your fatherâ and was sooo spooked when he saw the script again.
Ijem Slimes bad or good timing with the ads?
Star wars has been changed so many times who knows
I think this stems from the movie tommy boy when Chris Farley quotes the line as Luke I am your father.
There's 2 scenes in star wars that can outright debunk a Mandela effect in the beginning after obe-wan gave the light sabor to Luke he already explained to him that Darth Vader killed his father why would Vader need to tell him if Obe-wan already did?
The second scene was when Luke returns to degoba and before he dies master Yoda asks Luke about it and in the end confirms Vader did say the iconic line by saying in response "you're father he is".
There was even a scien after Yoda's death Luke was talking to Obi-wan's ghost and Obi-wan explains to Luke that "a lot of times things depend on people's point of view that when Anikin was taken by the dark side and became Vader that killed what little of his best friend that was left thus Vader killed Anikin".
Omg wait, I remember in 3rd grade we were drawing the planets individually on index cards, then we ere going to do Pluto and I raised my hand and told him that we did that yesterday. But we drew Pluto anyway. I swear we drew Pluto the day before, it was like it never happened. This is a true story, I am 13 now and it is still a weird phenomenon.
It could be a long term effect of deja vu. If that exist. Stuff like that had happened to me.

Here's a weird Mandela effect. I remember it clearly being The Mandala Effect. It was so named because it was " an object of discord" within our collective memories. Only the last year or so I've heard to it referred to as "The Mandela Effect".
I'm not making sense of your comment. You say you clearly remember it as The Mandela Effect, but then you say differently
Something very similar happened to me about very recently. One day I got a ad for the movie cars 3 but I clearly remember already watching the movie when I was younger although my memories were vivid I could still remember the ending even though the movie was not out yet.I went to go watch the movie and it was just how I remembered it. I never really told anyone cause they would think I was crazy. Until this day that still kinda freaks me out....
If there was zero creepy music I wouldn't be scared.

Not only do I remember mona Lisa not smiling, I remember people explaining no smile is because it's hard to smile for the length of time to be painted.
The line was spoken in the film Hannibal when Clarese calls Hannibal b4 he hangs the police officer from the museum balcony.
The one that's gets me every time is the berenstein bears it's not berenstain !!

You are wrong on both accounts. For Jiffy, you are either thinking about Jiffy Pop Popcorn of Jiffy cornbread mix.
@@JoshuaRWorkman OK.
@eddrum100 Arsehole.
Bro Matthew, you have me going crazy, I swear I remember this stuff there's just no way it just didn't happen.
The star wars part got me, I specifically remember "luke, I am your father
Curtis Francis I guess you donât remember it lol
Its actually because of Darth Vader's breathing apparatus. That's why we hear "Luke " instead of "no". Even nowadays sometimes we hear it as "Luke". It has nothing to do with the Mandela effect
My theory is we're remembering the Toy Story 2 line "No Buzz, I am your father." Then we got them confused.
It's been misquoted thanks to Chris Farley in Tommy Boy.
Curtis Francis he did say it
âThe Mona Lisa is ac- *30 sec ad pops up*
Me: WHYYYYYY
Mother of Samuel ikr đđ
Mother of Samuel same thing happened to me. T-T
Yup
Mother of Samuel that legit just happened to me
Mother of Samuel OMG SAME
I do remember the Monopoly guy as having a monocle. I also remember him being named Uncle Moneybags.
That's what I've been arguing with the video the whole time! What is this Uncle Pennybags business! His name is Money bags!
With Darth Vader, he actually says âno luke, I am your fatherâ in the original cut. You can find the original audiences reaction from 1980 on CZcams.
I remember Uncle Pennybags with a damn monocle wtf
ExQMUA Nah just mixed him up with mr peanut
Nah way I totally remember this too. That's crazy
I swear to god Iâm looking at my monopoly box right now he has a monocle, itâs golden
Your probably remembering the peanut that where's a eye glasses
You see Jim Carrey Ace Ventura When Nature Calls when he makes fun of old guy with the eye monocle calling him the monopoly guy. Could be another reason why everyone thinks that as well.
Star Wars : I Am Your Father
Vine : yOUre NOt MY dADDDDddDd!!!
Everyday Tumbling Lol

The Moonraker incident is the only one I can 100% with utmost certainty that was altered or changed since I saw it as a kid. She was wearing braces, 100%.
I personally think the folk over there at CERN have had a few successful experiments over the past 20 years đ€
Thank you !!
I also have the feeling that CERN is responsible for this things. Around the year 2012 things started to change...
@@danobd1355 Nope...I am over 70 years old, and the changes have been going on for a very long time, even before me.
I remember people having discussions about what mona lisa was going through at the time of the painting because her face was so expressionless. Never remember a smile.
I think itâs just the background music that makes it creepu
I think people get jiffy from the 2 brands of peanut butter jif and skippy.
Awaking Nightmare jiffy pop?
Awaking Nightmare that or the fact they have jiffy popcorn
Or they had Jiffy cornbread mix
I think you're right, Awaking Nightmare. Good theory.
naaa i specifically remember buying JIFFY peanutbutter. its so srazy jiffy never existed.
my mom wanted me to be an actress of some sort so i went into an audition and they gave me a line stating âi love JIFFY peanut butter, my brother likes it smooth, i like it crunchy blah blah blahâ but i SPECIFICALLY remember JIFFY peanut butter.đđ
I've never seen Jiffy in the store but I saw Jif and Skippy (back into the 80's) but I remember asking my mom about Jiffy and wanting to try it back when I was in 4th of 5th grade. I remember seeing it on TV, in TV shows/Movies, but my mom said our stores didn't carry it. I remember the "Jiffy" looked like the Jif label more or less.
The monopoly guy probably just confusing him with the mr peanut guy
Nick Heilman Fr
I think that's it.
Thank you, had the same thought lol.
And the pringle guy
Nick Heilman I looked in the comment section just for this comment to see if anyone had the same thought as me
BUT I REMEMBER CURIOUS GEORGE SWINGING FROM HIS TAIL, I EVEN DREW IT THAT WAY WHEN I WAS LITTLE
ÉąÉȘᎹÉȘÊáŽTM yup!! Me too

ME TOO
ÉąÉȘᎹÉȘÊáŽTM Legit
ÉąÉȘᎹÉȘÊáŽTM me too
Funnily enough, I seem to be mostly immune to the Mandela effect, a few of these I was never really familiar with, but I will touch up on the ones I was. I don't specifically remember the monopoly man having a monocle, though I can't say I specifically remember that he didn't, I can't really picture curious George with a tale either, though that may in part be due to watching the video, I at the very least didn't have a bias either way. I was also told about Dart Vader's line before I ever saw Star Wars, about everyone getting it wrong and all, and even if I hadn't, I'm usually pretty good at remembering lines, especially iconic ones, so I don't think I would've run into any problem. As far as Jiffy, when he said Jiffy, I was like, yeah, Jiffy, but then he said it was Jif, and I was like, oh wait, no, it's Jif, so no bias I guess?
The only one that definitely got me was Berenstain Bears, I could've sworn it was Berenstein... but I guess I'm not alone.
Ironicly I think I was specifically thinking about Berenstein Bears recently, but I can't remember in what context.
Memories so weird, but actually kinda cool at the same time.
(also, I do mean Berenstein Bears, as I was "thinking about" or in other words, "remembering" in that circumstance, just to be clear)
Has anyone noticed Soup Plantation is now Souplantation?
I have been keeping track of these changes for about 2 years now and have noticed Chick-fil-a become Chic-fil-a and then revert back to the former.
