I really appreciate that you put the Scriptures plainly on the screen so that everyone can read along. I think that it’s important that I do show that it’s not what man says but what God is saying to us
Thank you for this lesson. I absolutely agree that culture does not change scripture. With this in mind, how do you teach and apply 1 Corinthians 11:2-16? Do you believe this passage is still relevant today, both in principle and practice, and that men should be uncovered and women covered during times of worship activity?
The Bible is very enveloping. What I mean is that it fits today as it did yesteryear. I sent you an email in regards to Denominations and the Church of Christ members that leave the church, or as you stated, support the denominations in regards to Romans 1. One has to either believe when Paul used the word "I", was it from him or Christ? If it was from Paul then it is a cultural issue, but since Paul was an inspired man, who spoke on the behalf of Christ, then this isn't a cultural issue. Many believe that Paul's letters were addressed to the different churches who were having a certain problem, however that can be debunked. Yes, the letters were for those churches but if another church had the same problem then one would know how to handle it. because if it was a sin in Ephesus then it was a sin in any of the other churches including the Church today.

Thanks. God's Word always says it better than any person can.

I like the Scripture, but not for sure what you mean by it.
We should put Christ first in our lives and do his will .@@LGministry
