@@GuitarversumSandraSherman just had a thought. I'd be interested seeing something like a part 2 video of a few of your easy chord melodies. It could explore additional chord substitutions in the second A sections, walking bass lines and some improvisation thoughts.
Wonderful instruction and mentoring w/ nice directions and skill at reshowing how to play which is so useful, then as a guitarist who likes Jazz even though I don't play it, it does inspire me so hearing your pretty and melodic artful playing is lovely!

You're a great guitarist and great teacher. I've been wanting to play this song forever! There's only one thing I would change I believe the piano recording of chet baker's version is Ab7b5 as the second to last chord in phase 2, as opposed to the D7#5. Idk if you did that as a substitution tho cus it still sounds good
Ab7 is the tritone sub. Chet did that, but the original is D7. Glad you dig it. Keep swingin!

Check out my chords playlist and start from there. I have some chord comping tutorials (like Autumn Keaves, Fky Me To The Moon, Girl From Ipanema etc) , that your should watch AFTER you've practiced the Basic 7th chords and the Tension chords.

Hello Sandra, there is a little mistake on your guitar pro tablature for this song, at the 7th bar on the A diminished, in this video you show to play the melody on this chord 8th freat on the B string to the 10th fret when on the tab it is written 8th freat to the 6th fret
