Omg! This is appalling. How dare he invade their personal space, let alone the audacity of taking away their vehicle keys. Even a police officer doesn't have the right to take away vehicle keys, without probable cause/ suspicion or an offence having been committed.
He should try this stunt, with a man on the bike. He wouldn't be taking away keys. Rather he'd be picking up his teeth off the ground, after he gets planted on the tarmac.
P.s. A word of caution to bikers: Don't stop at the side of the road, at a bend or a curve in the road. It's often dangerous, as other motorists don't have a clear line of sight and might not have spotted you. Look for a lay-by, which is always a safer option.
