Thank you for this video. What if the judge doesn't ask you about ur daily activities or side effects of ur medications. If denied do u see this as a good reason to appeal???
Well if you rarely mow the lawn don't tell the judge things that you don't do when asked what you do do . 🤠

I don't like their pain scale, because it's skewed, as some folks a #2 could be a #4, or a #9 could be a #5, on a pain scale, it makes me feel like I should overstate my pain, as I think a #10 should be having my arm complete ripped off my body, but them trying to put my arm back into the socket so many times was only a #7 or #8, when 5 & 6 people were pulling on my arm

I've got multiple health problems from having two different issues in both knees and 7 different issues in my spine and back muscles and nerves and blood pressure issues and severe learning disability that causes 2 other clinical problems I started fighting social security in 2009 here 13 years and several months later I'm still fighting them the first judge refused to allow my lawyer to argue points about my case that the judge and the vocational expert brought up the second judge never asked about any of my health problems only asked about my belonging to a fraternal lodge and the third judge acknowledged my health problems but didn't give a reason to why she denied my case
Wow 13yrs still fight your case? I'm sorry to hear that they are not compassionate at least they should try to listen understand what you're going through I hope everything goes well in your case and that you'll be approved because 13 years that's a long time🥺🙏
@@MSD-ii2qe yeah 13 years and counting and fighting them with gouat in both knees osteoarthritis in both knees osteoarthritis in my entire spine each disc is worn out each facet joint is worn out each vertebra is growing bone spurs several discs are bulging and pushing on the spinal cord all that is causing severe muscle and nerve pain and severe muscle spasms throughout the entire back and neck and high blood pressure and severe ADHD which caused low reading and writing scores and caused clinical depression and anxiety disorders and yet their saying your fine you can go back to work type of thing the first judge had when her or the so called vocational expert would say anything and my lawyer would start to say something in regards to their comment the judge would tell her to stop talking and only speak if she was spoken to directly the second judge never asked a single question about my health problems and only asked about my membership to the lodge I belong to and everytime my lawyer or I would try to get the court hearing to in the direction in which we were there for the judge would say no we're only talking about the membership to the lodge he belongs to the third judge acknowledged my health problems but denied my case and didn't give a reason why
@@joeblack1345 that's crazy how could they not approve you it just doesn't make any sense and the judge not even listening to your lawyer that's ridiculous I'm so sorry that you have to go through all that several time and still they didn't approve you. I just started a month ago applying for SSDI because of my lower back stenosis and osteoarthritis in my spine and also in both of my knees and other health issues I hope they take into consideration the years that I have worked and how these injury occur I hope I have a judge that is understanding and that well let my attorney intervene with my case I hope one day soon that your case will be approved🥺🙏
