Alex did not deserve Maggie's love. I love these two characters. But when I see and see their relationship, and then their breakup. And he continued to watch the dialogues of the 4th and 5th season when they refer to Maggie as someone who was not enough for Alex. That Alex deserves better. I can't help but be upset. Because I really think Alex didn't deserve Maggie's love. Alex always took the easy way out when things got tough, affecting Maggie directly. While Maggie was open to her, she gave opportunities, and was also willing to make changes to make her relationship with Alex better.
Until the last moment Maggie tried hard, where she called her father when Alex recommended him to her even though it is a sensitive issue for Maggie. Maggie is not toxic as many catalogue her, she is a character with problems as many do, just like Alex, Winn, and many other characters. Certainly Floriana had to retire from the show, and Alex at some point had to continue with his life, but I think that degrading Maggie's character was a horrible thing to do. Seeing Kara tell Alex that she deserves better was disgusting. For Lena to tell him that they are the same because they will do anything to get what they want is worse. Maybe if in the dialogues they had made Alex recognize that he made a mistake, and that he should have fought and not given up. But that it is too late to remedy the damage, for me, it would have been better, with her promising not to give up on anyone else. Alex did not deserve Maggie's love.

These characters do not choose their conduct well, nor does she really detect where the threats to her own physical safety are and how to avoid enemies that really are far too potent to be fought against; especially in her case!

Thanks, I always thought there was a bit of an unbalance with the script. Maggie didn't need to be fixed. In fact, she was most often correct in awkward situations. I loved the video, but cannot believe she did anything wrong.
