The bagalur cops arrested a 28 year old man for cheating over 75 women by befriending them on social media and then later exploiting them.
The accused sadat Khan (28) used to click nude and semi naked pictures of the women and also some of it in compromising positions and said that he would make it public on social media.
He worked at a resort in Bengaluru as a telecaller and used to pose in front of the rich women as he was cool and savvy. Gullible women would be attracted towards him and then he would exploit them.
When they refused to give money he used to blackmail them and then would swindle large amounts of money.
He also used to post his profile on matrimonial sites stating that he was a government employee and would accept multiple proposals and would cheat them.
He also used 17 different aliases and would also state that he was a software engineer and in some of the cases he has taken away the entire property from the women and left them on the streets.
All the bank accounts have been seized by the cops and they have been frozen and he is behind bars, the accused hails from hassan and for the past several years has been a resident of the city.
