I was really stressed today from a long day of driving, exams, and assignments (still got two more to do 😢) but I just got home and took a nice shower and am lying on my bed right now relaxing before getting back into studying. I bet a lot of us do this wether it is studying or working... My favourite thing to do is watch my favourite youtubers who bring a positive atmosphere in the screen.

For lunch I had a kinda fusion food as I mixed left-over creamy mustard pasta with Chả lụa and cherry tomatoes !

I love Bun bo hue. I had Bun bo hue at a Vietnamese restaurant in LA Chinatown. I am not Vietnamese, so I can't comment on it's authenticity, but I enjoyed it and my Vietnamese friend also approved it :) And, yeah coagulated pork blood tastes really good in Bun bo hue, and it is the only time that I like pork blood :)
If you're looking for a Bun Bo Hue place you should try Quan Hy in Orange County! Also in LA you can try Summer Rolls! There Bun Bo Hue is pretty good!

I love this channel and you so so much and I've been here since years ago and I think it was around the video about the vanilla frosting for cupcakes. You're so super charming and your voice is probably one of the most calmest ever. Also all your videos are so aesthetically pleasing and all the recipes are sometimes really simple to follow. I've personally also followed a few and they always come out really nice, what baffles me is that all this amazing qualities combined should sky rocket your subs but yet there are still so few....

Dry Hu Tieu is so good!!! I haven't found a place in OC or LA, but if you go to SD, Pho King (funny name haha) in El Cajon is pretty good. Love you! And love that you're exposing your viewers to more non traditional Viet food.

I love bun bo hue, there's this little "mom and pops" place in Northridge, CA called Bun Me which has the best spicy bun bo hue!

Have you tried “nha trang” in SGV? They are super well known for their bun no hue and it’s sooooo good! You should try it!!

You should go to Nha Trang in Monterey Park, CA. It's in the San Gabriel valley of L.A. They have the best bun bo hue there!!

Omg so I go to a place called Pho#1 and they have a spicy hot pot soup with fish cakes, shrimp cake, pig knuckle, beef tendon and blood. It’s super spicy I love it they serve it with thick spaghetti noodles but I get the rice noodles instead. I swear when I was pregnant with my son I ate it at lease 2x a week. I’m going to get it today YUM.

I had bun bo hue the other day...the only Vietnamese place close to me is "What the Pho" inside 99 Ranch. I know, I know. LOL! It's still a step up from living in Austin where there's hardly any ethnic groceries (Indian ones notwithstanding). But yeah, that bun bo hue I had was totally lacking. I also got banh mi so I had that for brunch and some fried spring rolls that I had for a late lunch. I wrap my fried spring rolls (but I'm not sure they should be called that since they are using eggroll wrappers - heh!) in veggies, herbs, and noodles...you know, Vietnamese style. :) Enjoyed watching you chat with us during your lunch.
