Agreed, the GT was pulling on the big Jeep at the end of the run.
At the half mile, it was right there at the end of the 1/4 mile, the Jeep is impressive, the GT did a great job of hanging with it.

if you want a nice car on a relative budget, c6 z06, it has that fabulous N/A 7.0L v8, it has the same track potential as a ferrari 430 or porsche 911 gt3/turbo from the 997 gen, it is relatively inexpensive to upgrade crucial and subtle performance aspects of the vehicle, the only downside would be the interior, but it's nicer than any interior of any vehicle my family owned hehe (shitty v6 ford station wagons and the ilk)

Went just like I thought it would. 1000hp + AWD = quicker off the line. Another 5 seconds GT pulls ahead. Nice race either way.

Knew the trailhawk was gonna win, but Im impressed with how long it could stay ahead of the GT before it could catch up.
Ford GT is a FAST car. Ford really nailed it when they designed that car. Its already timeless like the original.
Not to mention it started catching up on the Jeep, just needed a little more runway.

The GT is great but at that price should be greater . The Jeep beat it in the quarter and the Z06 can beat it on the track at 20% of the GT the price . Even if the Z06 were not as fast...still a way better deal .

Regular track does great on road courses for an AWD SUV. Faster than a Kia Stinger everyone is on about.

IN THE REAL WORLD you can drive that Jeep 365 days per year, have a total blast from stoplight to stoplight, and load it up with screamin' kids and gear when they are REALLY late for soccer practice! You can ONLY drive that Ford when the weather is perfect, and only ever have 1 passenger, oh, and it costs $400,000 more!!!

Please start adding boost to the GT now. I'm curious, if you can figure out traction from a dig. What I saw in this video was the GT get handled until the 130' mark but then it's aero and lighter weight hung in there. Maybe 160 more HP in the GT and it will nose out ahead.

I'm not sure which one impressed me more? That 1000hp beast of a Cherokee or the GT that practically caught it. Both impressive. That Jeep shifted incredibly smooth for being tacked out!!!

I just picked up the 2018 HA with 5.7L, it's pretty quick too for a Jeep but nothing like the trackhawk, can't wait until I finish school and get a job so I can trade up for a stock ver of one of these bad boys!

I'd like to see what Hennessy could do with an lsj ecotec. ZZPerformance has produced 225 hpr per liter on a stock block. That would be the equivalent to almost 1400 in the Track Hawk.
