Melo joined CSUB in 2014 after a successful career at Western Nebraska Community College, where she won the NJCAA Division I National Championship in 2010. Under her leadership, the Bakersfield Roadrunners won two Western Athletic Conference Tournament titles and made two NCAA Tournament appearances. Beyond the on-court successes, in this special episode, Melo shares the beliefs she has changed over the years, the importance of talking with other coaches, leadership, and much more.
