Malaysian Style Sardine Sandwich

  • This is a budget-friendly and nutritious Malaysian Style Sardine Sandwich recipe. It’s made with canned sardines in tomato sauce, which usually originates from South East Asia. The smell of these fishes can be overwhelming for many; but, that can be easily negated with proper amount of seasonings and fresh ingredients. Like the ones used to make these very tasty sandwiches. Besides being rich in omega-3 fatty acids, sardines are also a good source of vitamin D, calcium, B12, and protein. So, you may want to give them a try!

Yg ini mmg sy recommended! Sama mcm mak sy buat masa kecik dulu. Bila sy tanya mak, "knp tak masak dulu sardines tu?", Mak cakap "cuba lihat tulang sardines tu, dah lembut sgt... bererti ianya dah cukup masak, cukup la sekadar campur dgn perahan limau nipis atau kasturi utk mematikan kuman".
Mmg sedap betul... campur dgn sayur 🍅, 🥗 and 🥒.... ada plak tu mayo and 🧀... walaiweiii... mmg malu apa bossku... makanan rakyat marhaen.

i was looking for this and surprised i got to see one video like how my mum makes!so fun yet I personnally looked for this video cause i wanted some clarifications for myself of there shud be a way anyhw in youtube tat some like @Flavours Of Asia would have uploaded in and i believed there somehow have to be a video on earth doing a sandwich with sardine like wat my mum does. And, after some time i tot of eating the "old-fashioned",sandwich tat my mum ever did for me b4!the ony difference is tat my mum will cook the sardine.tat is all, but as i knew they r ppl prefer it in the other way round also.no harms as long as it is preferred :)).Glad that Flavours Of Asia had done this one video regardless of thinking what is the point of doing something old.Happy for it.....
